This place is a discount store. They carry all sort of school, cleaning, household, party supplies etc. They also carry men and women clothes, food, make up, accesories and even lingerie. Merchandise is not of good quality but I come here and support the business because it is the onle 99 cents type store that it is still open in the neighborhood and I would love to keep it that way! When the owners are in charge they’re nice and attentive, but some of the cashiers can give you an attitude at times. Today I was buying some cleaning supplies and the cashier was having a conversation with this one woman with three kids crying for stuff she didn’t want to buy for them. When I asked the cashier if she was ready to charge me she just gave me the look… like I was doing her a favor. It was an awkward moment. Anyway I’ve been treated nicely by the owners and other cashiers before so that won’t make me stop coming here when I need to. This is conveniently close to my home and I can walk here when I need something from it.

This has forever been my go-to 99 cent store! I absolutely love it here! From school supplies to t shirts, they have it all! The only reason why I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because I keep seeing items go up in price from 99 cents to $ 1.29!

i am shocked that i haven’t previously reviewed this local haunt. on par with jumbo bargain across the street, this b&s offers an entertaining range of both regular and weird products. if you are looking for a cast-plastic, gold-trimmed soap dish for 99¢, this is your place. brooms, spatulas, colored pencils, hardware notions, short-dated foodstuffs, it’s all here. this store has recently expanded its hair accessories department. you will find a quantity of fancy barrettes, hairbands, fashion jewelry, and the like. all perfect for giftlettes. good stationery dept: pencils, notebooks, sharpeners, etc. not a bad clothing section either. i found some cotton men’s briefs, with the word ‘vigaro’ on the waistband, that make excellent swimming truncks. they are even coveted now by my cousin. milk is somewhat over-priced, but i guess the convenience is why. a dozen eggs, ditto. i get niagara water in gallon bottles here. niagara is the most taste-free bottled water i have found. the list could go on, but you should just happen by and see/shop for yourself.
