Fast, reliable, reasonable – just overall a real pleasure to deal with. I first worked with them on a home I was selling, and they completed that job under a tight escrow deadline. I was so impressed, I called them to handle another large sewer repair on the house I moved into. They’re communicative and always pleasant on both phone and email. Could not ask for more.

Ive been dealing with a dirty clogged main line for a few months now. I was shopping around to see where I can get the best service for cheap. I found Mr. Sewer Rooter online, they werent too far from where I live so i gave them a call, the very next day they came to my house for an estimate. IT was FABULOUS! next day service is always something everyone wants.!! Long story short they came to my house gave the estimate same day gave me a price, it was exactly in my price range and decided to go for it. The very next day the job started, took them about a little over an hour to hydro jet my line. After that they told me they can run the CCTV through my line and show me how clear it was from the roots FREE of charge! this has to be the most professional, clean, and fast paced company Ive ever hired! I will for sure be referring Mr. Sewer Rooter to family and friends especially business owners around town. So thank you Mr. Sewer for the valued service I received. And thank you for being fast, efficient, but most importantly professional!

I bought a bank owned property and for over almost 2 years I have had sewer problems, and began my «investigation» about liability etc before I decided to go through with this big project of connecting to the city sewer. I was connected to the neighbor’s house behind me– tons of problems. The neighbors have a million hedges and 2 palm trees and not to mention they didn’t want me to repair the broken line, rather to connect to the city on my own. Awful liability issues I’ve run into, I maybe going to court over this. So the problem with my drains was so bad I’m embarrassed to list all the things I was doing to avoid too much water going down the drains. I began getting new estimates and to my blessing Mr Sewer Rooter matched the middle bid I obtained. I had gotten 4 bids; they’re not the lowest, but he worked with me. Also, since we had to excavate in the street which is super pricey, what was a huge decision was that he helped me get 0% financing for 1 year for the remainder of the balance. It took a full week, but they took care of it all– The crew that did the job was amazing, they were nice, courteous and when I didn’t understand why the line went a certain route, the foreman explained to me. I know they knew what they were doing but I wanted to understand why. What’s great was that although we did run into a problem after the line was completed,(my kitchen was connected to neighbor’s sewerline in a different place) and when I found out, I called, they came and fixed the problem and fortunately at no additional cost. Don is cool, he came out to run the camera also to show me from the inside how things looked. Remember, a big expensive project like this you need to have the right license classification depending on the city. City of Los Angeles requires C42 in order to excavate in the street– There is a specific list of «approved» contractors and when I had gotten an estimate from Martin Bros. turns out their license was expired. no idea why they’re still on the list with the city. Mr Sewer Rooter has an actual structural store location and is backed by their bond. They were professional and personable. I highly recommend, you can use they’re service with confidence. I’m not sure if they take credit cards, but I have a feeling they do since he helped me get approved for a line of credit to pay for the job. The most expensive part of the job is the excavation and laying of the lateral connecting to the city line. They stand behind their service, and guarantee the work.
