We came at 6pm on a Thursday. This place was empty and the glass display was near empty as well. I craved brownies badly and they had three options: peanut butter, double chocolate chip, and walnut brownies. When I innocently asked the owner if he had normal brownies without any toppings, I did not expect a lecture in return. He insisted that I was mistaken and that brownies ALWAYS had chocolate chips on top. Umm I’m pretty sure I’ve had delicious plain no-topping brownies elsewhere. At that, I just smiled, paid, and left. You would think that since the place had no business, they’d extend great customer service and be extra friendly. You would think. I’ll return when I feel like a brownie lecture, which won’t be anytime soon! Oh and when I finally had the brownie at home, it was a disappointment as well — too hard and dry, even after microwaving for a few seconds. P. S. There was a bug flying in the display case. The owner did not bat an eye.

When I ordered a cookie cake and asked it to say Merry Christmas I didnt think I would have to spell check it. Its Christmas not Chrismas.

Why are those White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies so good? I SHOULD take away a star for them making me drive all the way over there and not having a location closer to my house. LOL. Great cookies!

I loved the customer service super sweet and helpful. But the cookies were hard as rocks and were supposedly fresh… They had to be more than a day old… Sadly 5 dollars plus down the drain. They were not even edible. Oh well…

Great customer service when calling ahead for special orders! Noticed their number changed! To keep up with Mrs. Field’s locations, 2x check her website.

The cookie cups here are delicious! If you ask them they can make some fresh for you. Also they give a deal of buy three get one free. And if you make a purchase you can buy discounted movie tickets from them too.

I came here a couple times, overall my experience was ok, the first time I came, I ordered some milk chocolate nibblers. The owner was very nice and threw in some extra cookies which made my day! But the second time i came to this Mrs. Fields, there was a new worker that I’ve never seen before. I was ordering some nibblers and she started to yell at me for some reason, I calmly said«ok, thank you.» And left right away, I will never be coming to this location ever again, the cookies are great it’s just customer service is awful and needs to be worked on. The reason I gave this place a 3 stars was because the owner was very nice, but the workers are not.

How dare you leave a hand-written note that you will be back in 10 mins 30 mins before closing!!! The audacity! The nerve! Perhaps there was only one person working the counter, but still that’s just unprofessional… I was really craving something sweet and decided to stop by and visit my olé friend Mrs. Fields and was quite disappointed to see a note telling me that someone would return in 10 mins… So I waited 5 mins, shed a tear, and went home with a bitter taste in my mouth. Won’t be counting on this location to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I’ve been to this location numerous times, they’re located in the Howard Hughes center nearby the Cinemark movie theater. Whenever I go here it’s because I buy there cookies and take it into the theater to watch the movie. Cookies are always good, but not always fresh. As another Unilocal reviewer said«these cookies are a hit or miss» sometimes there fresh and sometimes there not. But on the good side, they are usually fresh than not fresh. Prices are cheaper than the mrs fields in the fox hills mall, but mrs fields is generally a more expensive cookie dessert restaurant. Get the nibblers, they’re wayy better than the original cookies for some reason! PS: They also sell movie tickets for 9 $, about 4 $ cheaper than you’d get if you bought the tickets from the ticket kiosk

These cookies are the best! The chocolate chip nibblers are amazing! The macadamias are really good too. The staff are very polite. Definitely coming back.

I only visit this place when I have a craving for cookies. The cookies are good, but I feel that they are a little overpriced. 20 nibbler cookies for almost $ 7 is expensive in my book. I usually prefer to make my own cookies at home for the fraction of the price, but in a bind, this will work. The cookies are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are soft and fresh out the oven, sometimes they are hard like they’ve been sitting there all day.

My son cannot resist the smell of this place when we walk by after his Gymboree class which is down the pathway and on our way back to the car… I am just lucky that they aren’t open yet when his class starts or I’d probably have to buy him a cookie going both ways! He’s only 2 so a couple of nibblers and he is happy. They will sell you 2 for $ 1 which is fine with me to see that smile on my little boy’s face. Staff is very friendly and nice. Cookies are standard Mrs. Fields fare… better than the mail order ones though.

Went in yesterday around 11am to grab some triple chocolate cookies. When I got there, the cookies were on the sheet and just came out of the oven. Perfect right? Well when I asked for the triple chocolate cookies, the lady goes in the back for a long time(where I could not see her), and I hear this bag unraveling. About 5 minutes later, she says«oh, here are your cookies.» I tell her«so are they fresh?» Her response«oh no, these are from yesterday.» Smh. I am never coming back here again. I ended up going to Subway to grab some cookies. Definitely how a business should not be operated.

This location is at the Howard Hughes promenade. We went to grab some cookies and milk before heading into the theater next door. They have a good selection of delicious cookies, which includes chocolate chip, sugar with m&m’s, white chocolate macadamia cookies, peanut butter, and I’m sure a few others. We got the mini ones… I think $ 30 for $ 7 or $ 8. not bad. The owners are a cute Indian couple who were so helpful and friendly. They definitely made our experience great. It was a great treat for the movie. way better than popcorn. Their cookies are sooo good! Especially the peanut butter and sugar cookies with m&m’s… yum!

It was last Thursday. It was a little before 11. There was a tall young guy baking cookies. The air was warm and smelled delicious. He was friendly and kind. I picked up some cookies for an office meeting. The girls enjoyed them. Mrs. Fields is a franchise. I didn’t know.

Damnit, I wish this place wasn’t right across the street from my school. Take stress from grad school + hunger + extra time between classes, and what do you get? An uncontrollable lure that beckons me to the sweet sweet sin that is super processed, super sugary, high calorie Mrs. Fields cookies. Yes, they serve up some good cookies and offer tons of variety, but ughhhh I wish they weren’t there to temp me in times of grad school weakness. On a side note, service is a little lame; I dont blame the employees because Im sure their job is boring as hell, but It’d be nice if they stopped texting for just two seconds…

Delicious cookies, why do you tempt me so with your buttery combination of chocolate, nuts, and calories? Mrs. Fields at the Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center is a temptress beckoning me in with a waft of warm freshly baked cookies and promises of bite-size goodness. Oscar Wilde famously said he could resist everything except temptation. For me(most days), I can resist everything except cookies. The list of Mrs. Fields temptations isn’t nearly as long as Charlie Sheen’s list, but includes classics like Chocolate Chip, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip with Walnuts, White Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts(my favorite), Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips, Oatmeal Raisin with Walnuts(just perfect sometimes), super sweet Sugar Butter with M&Ms(mmmm M&Ms), and even Chewy Fudge. I’ve never seen this location busy, so it’s an easy Get In and Get Fat experience. The staff there are friendly and efficient. The cookies aren’t the cheapest options around, but if you’ve already crossed the line to splurge for cookies then any efforts to remain fiscally responsible will prove just as ineffective … even if you opt for the«minis». Give in to the cookie lure and satisfy your fresh cookie cravings @ Mrs. Fields. Time to get all«Cookie Monster» up in here … COOKIE! … chomp, chomp, chomp, aaaargh…

Yum! Me want cookies! We came to the Bridge location before and after our movie for a cookie. The cookies had just came out of the oven and was melt in your mouth goodness. I paired it with a cup of milk and it was heaven. I rarely have a sweet tooth, but now I’m craving for more. My favorite are the peanut butter mini cookies. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The owner Jatesh was in the shop and greeted us with enthusiasm. They offer cookie cakes and cookie baskets as well.

I agree with Marko’s observation on the staff here. Previous to this visit, I was always warmly greeted and felt appreciated for coming in. This last visit was… well, best described as charm-free. As for the $ 1.69 plus tax cookies. Yes, they taste just like any other Mrs. Fields cookie locatioins, but I swear these seem a little smaller. Maybe thats a good thing… missing a few calories and fat grams is just what the doctor ordered!
