I have played tennis here twice and both time I am amazed and astonished by the beautiful view. Living in West L.A., it is nice to get out of the city and experience some time in the mountains.

This place is definitely overrated. Old building needs renovations and a modern facelift. The food is fair at best and overpriced. I was here for a family gather with several guests(20+). I had a salad and bow tie pasta with shrimp when I went and so did my mother and grandmother. The portion sizes were all off(grandma got a cup of pasta, I got a few pieces and mom got none!). The dish was also pretty bland, the pasta overcooked. Grandma had to ask extra pesto sauce on the side she she had none and my mom and I had a heaping portion. Very strange plating strategies… Definitely better off going to a modern café in Sherman Oaks or Hollywood for a panini, fresh juice and salad than here or taking your family to some family style dining for your event.
