My favorite place ever, Cindy is the best and she’s also very sweet! She always does my nails exactly how I want it to come out and I’m very picky about my nails. 5 stars for Cindy and my nails :)

I was told the worst thing I could do was peel a gel manicure off myself. So, when my gel manicure started to peel and my salon of choice couldn’t fit me in I decided to stop in this shop while running errands to simply have the gel removed professionally. Given this was my first time«gel’in it» I didn’t know what to expect. The removal process was painful — the tech literally used a tool/file to scrap the gel off(and some of my nail along with it). Since the«removal» my nails have been extremely sensitive to hot/cold water and I started to notice my nails actually detaching from my nail beds. Could it be from the trauma? Or do I now have some type of nail fungus? In any event, when describing the horror of it all to a friend who swears by gel mani/pedis I learned that the experience I had was not the norm. In fact, the removal process should have been virtually painless. Apparently there are worst things you can do besides peeling a gel manicure off yourself — like going to NAILSANDBEAUTY and having them do it. Never again.

It’s my second time in this nail salon. I love how Cindy does my manicure and acrylics. She does an amazing job! The prices are reasonable and inexpensive. The place is very clean. I look forward coming next month to relax and pamper myself. :-)

I normally hate giving places a bad review but I am so angry about the service I got done here. At first, they were really friendly. They welcomed me in and a regular mani was just $ 13. I had some old gel polish on so I understand the extra cost of taking it off, but she said NOTHING about it beforehand. I was expecting to pay a lower price but it got hiked up $ 5. I recently broke some of my nails from work(I do part time at a dog daycare) so I was really excited that they have finally grown back and reach the end of my fingertips. I asked her to just make it short and square. I did not expect her to make them COMPLETELY square. They are square to the point where the ends will cut my skin if I run my hands together or something. They have no started to get caught on things and are breaking. I can’t believe my manicurist did such a bad job on shaping my nails. Another thing that angered me was the fact that she did not want to redo my ring finger. Of course I wanted my ring finger to be different and sparkle so I asked for this silver polish with glitters in it. When she was done, the polish was so thick and she said she can’t put quick dry on it. I accepted it and continued to try and get it to dry. When I was getting my lip waxed, I guess I rubbed my finger on something and the polish rubbed off but at that point these 2 girls walked in and her full attention was on them. I asked her if she had another silver polish that would be easier to deal with and she completely ignored me. At that point I was so done, I got in my car, rubbed off the silver polish, and drove away. It was my first time coming here and I probably won’t be coming back again. Only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because they have free parking. You never see that around that area.

NO, NO, NO, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I came in on a friday night for a quick mani! No one is in the shop but me and i still had to wait 10 min to be seated! Which does not make any sense. When I walked in I went to choose a color. There polished are so old you can see the dust and old stuff sinking to the bottom. Even when she shook the bottle up the polish was still old and you could see the oil that separated from the polish being so old. EWWWW! no one wants old old separated polish on their nails. I asked the lady to gently file she files my nails so short she can barely paint them. I ended up wasting $ 15.(Mani = 13 + 2 dollar tip) BECAUSETHESERVICEWASSOBAD. I wish I could give them –1000 stars. And the place was really dirty and it felt gross. Don’t waste your money here they are so rude and so expensive and there on so many more reasonably priced nail salons within blocks of this one. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. WORSTMANIEVER.

$ 28 for a regular mani-pedi combo(i dont like using the spa tubs bc many places dont give them a thorough cleaning. a plastic bag filled with water is just fine for me). the good: — free parking in the front — pedicure was good: detailed, clean and neat — large selection of OPI and Essi polishes — gel manicures available — cheap… maybe that’s not such a good thing, since you pay for what you get the bad: the manicure — credit card transactions charge $ 1 extra — are you blind? check out my pictures(excuse the wrinkly fingers… i am a woman of age). how can you let a client walk away with such a poor handjob? :) bubbles in my polish, uneven layers of polish, paint on my cuticles and my skin?! overall, a very very poor manicure. after my manicurist was done and she went to work on someone else, i hailed over another tech to see if she could clean up the polish from my cuticles and from my skin, which as you can see, she did not make it any better. i will not be returning. the journey to find a dependable manicurist continues.

Cindy does a wonderful job threading my eyebrows. Mandy cuts my long hair for $ 25 and it has been better than $ 75 cuts!!! They always treat me well and I feel safe trusting my eyebrows and hair with them. Their prices are VERY reasonable.

No. Just no. I was walking down 3rd to get to another nail place and spotted this one. There were only 2 reviews, but they were glowing, so I thought I’d give it a try. They waved me in and then proceeded to make me wait for 50 minutes before starting. The woman next to me walked out without even getting her nails done — she had been there since before I arrived. But I was stuck bc it was too late to go anywhere else and I needed to get my nails done for engagement photos. The tools appeared to be clean, but in general, the store was sloppy. There were magazines, used tissues etc. just strewn across the floor. I wasn’t expecting luxury for this price but it’s not that cheap either — on par with Tina’s down the street. Small selection of polish. The only ok thing about this place is that the mani lasted about 5 days. Pedi still looks good. So they did a decent job when they finally got started but you can get that elsewhere without having to sit in squalor with your feet in water that has long since gone cold.
