i love this store everyone is so friendly and dont expect to find a fitting room is a whole sale store. who is giveing you the opportunity to buy the perfect dress for less money.

Do not waste your time coming here! This place doesn’t deserve any stars for the horrible, disrespectful customer service! I am an extremely patient, laid back and respectful person (I’m an elementary teacher). Never in my whole entire life have I felt so embarrassed and disrespected by anyone! The Armenian lady with glasses that was working the counter was soooooo horribly rude! I was referred to this store by acquaintances who really like their dresses. I was completely lost and just wanted to ask if I was at the correct location. I was with my mother, my young daughter and niece. Unfortunately as soon as I walked in, she rudely addressed me that I needed to leave because it was «wholesale» and wouldn’t be helped. I understood and was confused because people I know buy dresses there, not wholesale. She wouldn’t even allow me to ask a question about being in the correct store or if maybe they knew where I could go to find a dress! As my daughter, mother and niece watched in disbelief, I gathered all my emotions and showed her my class, I kindly said sorry you don’t understand me and thank you! My daughter was so saddened by how mean this lady was and I told her how we NEVER stoop to someone else’s level. You are in America, living your dream and our country has given you respect and an income, just be nice!!! I’m sorry you hate your job and maybe this lady needs to take customer relations and cultural awareness classes. I found a beautiful dress down the street and they really appreciated my patronage!

I love New Yorker’s Apparel. They are a great B2B resource and my customers simply love their style offerings. I will continue using and offering their contemporary and evening styles throughout the year.

Sales are final and no fitting room! How am I supposed to know if it fits or not?
