The Unilocal deal is very misleading. It left me with the impression that I would be paying $ 30 for a service and when I called, I was asked to pay $ 125 because of the size of my house. There were no restrictions on the deal saying anything about that.

Ed is a great guy-so patient, kind and very professional and thorough. I was dismayed two days ago to discover that I had a bed bug infestation. He worked me into his schedule on a moment’s notice and made certain that I’d done all of the prep work necessary to make full eradication possible. He also made certain that I had followed up with all of the post-work, which is extensive, even answering texts well into the evening to answer questions that I had. His rates are highly competitive and he charged me substantially less money than his initial quote. I love that his company is based in DTLA and that he knows the market so well and the challenges that loft living can pose. My highest recommendation! Thank you Ed!

Edited my review after ZERO follow up service*
What a great guy! Took his time to inspect for all of my bug concerns. Listened and diagnosed. Gave me options. Responded to my texts. Did what he said he was going to do and is providing excellent follow-up.
Seems simple to get this kind of service, just not in LA. Yet here he is. Hell yeah. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ will use again.
*Ed’s follow up after the initial 30 days was non-existent. I was more than willing to pay. He was «busy with corporate jobs for the next 6 weeks» every time I called for service. Spiders took advantage of that. I’m so disappointed in who Ed represented himself to be.

Nothing but the best… Ed works extremely hard, is super thorough, knowledgeable and is a pleasure to talk to. The flea infestation I had was completely eradicated and i would recommend nixit pro to anyone.

Nix-it Pro is simply the best.
Ed, the owner, is incredibly nice and knowledgable. I signed up for routine service and after spraying around the house Ed asked if he could put a couple rat traps under the house just to make sure there wasn’t anything down there.
I didn’t even think about rats when I called him, but sure enough, the next morning we found a big nasty rat in the trap! Soooo glad I called Ed!
ps — Ed did not offer me a discount or any other benefit for posting this review. I just recognize that he is a great guy and runs a great company.
