This place roxs my soxs! I’m korean, so I’m pretty particular about the Korean food I eat. And this place brought me back 2 days straight. Both times, I ordered the Hwae Bi Bim Myun(#5 noodles and sashimi). Awesome. What I liked: 1. copious amounts of veggies and raw fish in my bowl. 2. very friendly staff(looks like a mom and pop gig). 3. health dept. grade A(some other places got a B or lower) 4. clean and aesthetically pleasing presentation. if you do get the Hwae bibim myun, just make sure to ask for it less hot. their hot sauce is REALLY hot. their mild sauce is perfect.

I don’t usually like noodles but #15 cucumber noodles is amazing :) best thing we had today. The side dishes were pretty good quality too especially the green beans. Crispy and fresh. The side dishes at some of the other places were pretty bad/embarrassing.

So yumm! I love spicy foods and their cold sea snail mixed noodle was just perfection! Their side dishes definitely balanced the spiciness as well as the soup… will def be coming back here when stopping for groceries. If you’re looking for something cold and refreshing, I totally recommend coming here :)

I know that I can only expect so much from food court restaurants, but the kalgooksoo I had today at Noodle Plus wasn’t so great. It was average. The price was decent. Some place I wouldn’t recommend going with others, but somewhere I would recommend if you want to go alone for a decent korean noodles when you don’t want to spend $ 15 – 20 all by yourself for lunch.

Even though they specialize in noodle soup. I ordered the sweet spicy chicken and It was sweet and spicy equally cooked perfectly. The gentle there working was very nice. After he charged me I asked for Togo not knowing there was a $ 1 charge. I felt bad and he said it was okay. I get major guilt trips. So I decided to make another order and just told him to charge me an extra dollar for the previous order and he said it was okay and still didn’t charge me for new order. So great I feel extra guilty he also put in a free can of soda and the lady put in candied sweet potato for service.

Tried their«cold sea snail mixed noodle» and it was so good :9 I normally can’t eat spicy food but it was midl-medium spiciness and it had lots of vegies :) Will definitely go there again to try other noodles.

TIME&PLACE: Saturday afternoon(late lunch) The Galleria food court is such a find — free parking under the shopping center and plenty of seating indoor AND outdoor! Plus, the food court has pretty much every Korean dish you could want — so you and your family or friends can all get your Korean food cravings satiated, without having to all agree on one place or type of Korean food in advance. Anyway, I ended up trying Noodle Plus when I last went because I wanted something light and healthy — it wasn’t until I checked Unilocal that I realized it was a brand new stall. I ordered the bean sprout rice bowl, which came with a good number of side dishes(plus seaweed soup). If you order the same thing — make sure to ask for the sauces — they give you one sesame oil based sauce, and of course the hot pepper paste — both are crucial! I’m definitely planning to come back to try the kalgooksoo next time — the bowls are seriously SOBIG. Like Boyoung K. says, the bowls are HUMONGOUS.

YAYYYY Kalgooksoo! I was in Galleria debating what to order, and I saw these HUMONGOUS bowls of noodles. I followed the origin of these bowls and saw that there was a new place. After looking at their menu, I ordered the seafood kalgooksoo and eagerly waited. My number was called, and I was very happy to see my food. The bowl like I said is HUGE, and there was this huge shrimp and piece of crab in it too. The broth is flavorful and the noodles were chewy and perfectly cooked. I really like the kimchi at this place. I saw other people ordering jjolmyun, and I think that is next on my list, all the veggies looked so fresh and beautiful. Definitely coming back here!
