This office is terrible! Be very cautious. They do not prescribe to the standards that gives Cedars-​Sinai a world-​class reputation. If you have the option to see someone else, anyone else, do.
Dr. Oswell was nice enough but seemed to have no expertise or knowledge of the break in my foot or the healing process. Had I not stopped her from leaving 2 minutes after the visit began she would have left me without even the most basic information e.g. how much longer healing might take. Basically all of my questions were evaded or answered with a disclaimer of uncertainty. Most of the consultation took place with her holding the exam room door open trying to leave. What she did want to know was whether or not I’d arranged to buy a bone stimulator from the company she recommended. A very expensive piece of medical equipment that she admitted to having no understanding of how it worked or what it even looked like.
Even worse though is the the rest of the staff. They were condescending and rude. They would not give me my X-​rays because they «belong to the office,» even though I’ve paid $ 65.00 for them — but I could buy copies. Then they charged me $ 60.00 for the office visit that my insurance card says costs $ 50.00 and could not explain that either. While I was at the front desk a staff member was being rude and mean to another patient who was obviously unhappy with the care and billing methods. I left the office in shock and still needing to see a doctor.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to Dr. Oswell. Her front office is very combative and she is always late. They act as though YOU should be privileged to be seen in this office. I would rather cut my foot off.
