This place is great, and the bad reviews are unwarranted. The many times I’ve been there everyone has been so helpful and polite. They know their stuff and have a good sense of humor. This is the way hardware stores used to be, and still should be. If you want a soulless experience and mediocre service from bored employees, go to one of the big box stores. This is place is great and has everything you need. Support your local small business!

Thee worst place to go If you have any actual inquiry or need direction in getting supplies.
Good luck getting management or employees to make eye contact with you if you’re standing near the screws and bolts.
Despite being a customer by proximity the only helpful section is the guy who makes Keys.
