I went in to the Gainesville, Fl, Pan Ex at4:55PM on a Wednesday to get a teriyaki chicken/string bean chicken breast plate dinner to go. They were out of both and the girl said it would be about 7 – 10 mins for both, so I waited. After 10 minutes I went back up – there was teriyaki but still no string bean chicken. A new girl came up to help me. I asked how long for the string bean… She asked another girl and said it would be 7 mins. I was ticked but decided to get 2 teriyaki chicken entrees and chow mein. I failed to mention that the chow mein bowl was empty and I mistakenly thought they had more. The girl says they were out of it and there wouldn’t be anymore that eveninig At this point I uttered a profanity(half under my breath) and left. This wasn’t the first time that I have gone in and they were out of Teriyaki chicken. You would think that this being what appears to be a very popular entrée that they would be more on the ball and keep it stocked up. Anyway, my wife and I went out of town today(Orlando) and got back in Gainesville right at 5PM. Sooo, I decided to try again and get a teriyaki chicken/string bean chicken breast plate. I went in and went first to use the restroom, came out and got in line behind the only other customer there. There was one helping left of the string bean chicken and enough teriyaki chicken for a few plates. But… the woman in front of me bought up all the teriyaki chicken(just the meat) placed in 2 red cartons. The girl asks can she help me. I ask is there anymore Teriyaki chicken, She says it’ll be about 10 minutes. I smile silently and walk out wishing to myself that I had waited to pee.

There is no doubt that Panda Express food is good. However, there is always a long wait at this location and the portion sizes are small. It’s like they count the noodles and grains of rice. Sometimes you can see the bottom of the container. What upsets me is that you see them pile their plates up a mile high. The only reason I go to this location is because I stay down the street and don’t want cold food. Panda food doesn’t taste the best when reheated.

At this location, lots of things do not work, including the drinking fountain NOT working, and manager refuses to compensate it’s customers for the inconvenience… this place is no good…

Possibly the most efficient Panda Express I have ever been to. The serviced around 10 customers before me and I still managed to get out of there within 10 minutes. I had to take off a star because they make no attempt to be friendly, no thank you have a good day, nothing. Still very impressed with how fast they are.

I am sick and tired of these young people thinking that they can do whatever they want like they are the CEO of the company!!! I had a stupid cashier who figured I wouldn’t notice that she gave slim pickings of food for the same amount and she had the audacity to tell me what was allowed through the company. She was wrong and she need to be careful who she talks to like that… I recommend if you want Panda Express, make the trip to Crenshaw Baldwin Mall because they know how to deal with customers and how to serve food. This place should sloes down or hire new people with experience. The wait is too long and the workers there play way too much while people are waiting. I have already contacted corporate, so hopefully things will change. Avoid this particular Panda at all costs or you will regret it. Also, Latinos are not the only people that should be served properly, learn some decorum… dummies!

I seriously used to love coming to this panda back then. The staff was always friendly, fast and efficient. Today I had a girl helping me 40 percent of the time and 60 percent flirting and playing around with a co worker. Annoying af !

First off, I ordered delivery at grubhub while they were still open and they decided to close early. My driver was denied as they were counting money as they did not want to serve food. This is crazy to me. If you order food and a place is open, you should get food right? Wrong if you order from here. Never again will I ever go to another Panda Express, seeing that they can’t train there employees correctly. My faith is completely gone with the company. Do not order your delivery from here if you want to eat!

I would really avoid coming to this panda. for one they are extremely slow on moving a line. Also they run out of items. I asked for teriyaki chicken they told me it would be a 15 minute wait ! Like what? Then Jessica did not offer me anything to drink to accommodate me waiting another 15 minutes on top of 15 minutes just to get to the front of the line. Then asked the manager if they can remake my food since it would be cold. When I drove all the way home it had no orange chicken my other side I asked for and previously had on my plate before they remade it. This panda is just terrible with customer service!!! Very disappointed

Kang Pao chicken gave both my mom and brother(the only two people who ate that for dinner) food poisoning. Enough said

I’ve only been here once with my boyfriend because he’s a fan of PE, I thought i’d give it a try. I had the kung pao chicken and within 12 hours I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting. Didn’t eat anything else that entire day other than some frozen vegetables(that I’ve been eating for the past week with no problem) so I knew for sure it was the chicken. Beware.

Been standing here for 15 minutes waiting for the manager though he or she was advised that I’m ordering for thanksgiving. Nobody approached me. Woman from cashier again informed a guy but never listened, he went to the counter serving food. Woman from the cashier very apologetic, she should be the manager she said that she’s on the phone. I said ok. Then I see this woman came out, woman from cashier pointed at me, so I thought she’s the one. No she didn’t approached me but had this bag and went I dunno where. Then another customer approached the woman from cashier then again this WOMAN came and the cashier obstructed her. Pointing at me and to another guy and to another guy. So? Is she the manager? She approached me after she went to the cook asking about something then I saw it’s the order booklet. She said hi and asked what I’m inquiring about. Didn’t even say sorry for the time I spend standing there waiting for her. After few questions and asked for samples, I ordered. Then I asked if I pay now or pay tomorrow, she said either. So I said ok I’ll pay now then gave me the menu for party trays to keep. Then again when she left, I thought she will just put my order in place for payment, was waiting to pay then after like couple of minutes she’s still not coming back. So then again I told the woman from the cashier, should I pay now or tomorrow? She said its ok tomorrow. So I left, thank her and puzzled what happened I like Panda Express though my husband not a fan of this Chinese food chain. Customer service is a question mark. I know it’s a busy day for you everyday… But always put a smile and be cheerful and attentive to customers. If there’s no customer there’s no Panda Express and there’s no job employment. I’m giving 5 stars to the cashier that day, 5 stars for the food and well, 2 stars for her.

The portions have gotten really small. The chicken egg roll tasted flour(thank goodness for soy sauce). Time to find another Panda Express.

Came in at 10:59 left at 11:18 hungry with no food. No general tsao chicken, honey sesame, walnut shrimp, but orange chicken crumbs. This place opens at 10 right? While waiting another customer took his beef and broccoli back for cold beef and raw broccoli. FAIL!!! Jersey Mikes wins again!

TERRIBLE service on Monday 10÷19÷15 at 12:16pm. - –HUGE Line –8 minute wait for teriyaki chicken. –requested ½ veggies ½ chow mein but received a box full of rice. Bad experience last 3 visits here. Shame on me for giving a second chance. NEVER coming back.

It made my day to find out they had a parking lot behind the building! Quick and clean place, and they were very forward about offering samples to patrons before deciding on entrees. The Beijing Beef and Sweetfire Chicken Breast made a killer combo, and the portions were large enough that I had this for dinner and then fourth meal the following night and it was perfect.

I like Panda Express when I crave cheap Chinese food. Is it good food? Not necessarily, but it will hit the spot when you are craving fast food. I normally eat Panda Express during lunchtime in Torrance, but I decided I wanted Panda Express near my house one Friday afternoon. So, I decided to stop by this location, which is the closest one to my house. This location has ample parking as they share the lot with other restaurants. When I walked in, there were tons of employees, but a LONG line. I thought that was weird, but I stood in the line anyway. There were maybe 5 other people in front of me to get to the first station(rice or noodle), it took 15 minutes! I realized the employees were so slow! Everything moved slow like molasses. By the time, I finally reached the protein section, I told the employee my order. The employees usually write the orders on the box for the rest of the employees in the line, but they were sharing a pen. So, he had to hunt down the ONE pen they were using to write down my order. I spent 30LONG minutes just picking up my order. If you are in a hurry, this location is definitely not the place to go. I don’t know if the long lines clouded my judgement, but my normal go to order of orange chicken and Kung pao chicken tasted bland and the chicken tasted rubbery. Definitely will try to find another Panda Express to go to when the craving hits.

This is by far one of the better Panda Express locations. The staff is friendly and attentive. You don’t feel rushed while you are placing your order, which is major criticism of many people that frequent this growing chain. They don’t forget to include chopsticks, which is a major concern of mine. The food was delicious. I came at the right time because everything had just been made. That’s when this food actually tastes the best. I enjoyed the honey walnut shrimp the most. They were much more judicial with the sauce on them. I don’t like it when they are drowned in the sauce or it’s just caked on. It ends up being too thick and can result in a stomachache. This however was made way above those standards and the overall meal and atmosphere was very enjoyable!

I was so happy when I moved to the neighborhood and found out that there was a Panda Express just around the corner! My favorite Asian fast food go to. When I got the the place was crazy packed! Keep in mind I went on a Saturday, peek lunch time. Parking was okay, if it’s busy I’d park at the Lowe’s parking lot and walk over. The seating area was packed, but I didn’t really care for that because I was getting my food to-go. And the line to get you food was a snake! The reason I’m giving this Panda Express a 4 star is because even though the line was almost out the door the workers got through that like like a chef chopping onions. The only thing about this place is that the workers seemed like robots reading a script and on to the next customer. The food was awesome don’t get me wrong, but I’m that customer who likes to see people smile and be greeted and have a nice dayed. Lol

Oh mighty Panda of Pico Blvd. I would like to say my visit more than a few months ago, was not forgotten, as I had received the highest blessing you offer, Cream Cheese Rangoons. These wantons never disappoint, their gooey chive filled, cream cheese, fried to perfection. Even if they come in frozen, I could never match the perfection. Keep it going Panda, don’t stop.
