Panda Pawer made my dream come true. And when I say dream, I mean DREAM. After living in an apartment my whole life, I now live in a gorgeous mid-​century home in Los Feliz overlooking the Hollywood hills. I didn’t think it was possible that I’d ever own a home in Los Angeles, so when John-​David and Somair approached me about potentially buying a home, I was very skeptical. That was in January. Two months later, I’m getting the keys, popping a bottle of Champagne, and moving into my new condo.

For the next few weeks, we toured open houses throughout Los Angeles, navigating through fixer-​uppers, overpriced flips, probate auctions, and just plain expensive homes. I began to get discouraged again, but they were confident we would find the perfect home… and then we did. The moment we stepped into the condo, we all knew this was it.
I decided to make an offer that day, and John-​David and Somair jumped into action. They submitted the offer to the seller that same evening. They were very strategic in making my offer competitive and attractive. However, most importantly, they included extra touches and incentives that eventually made the difference in the seller accepting my offer! From there on out, they scheduled inspections, guided me through escrow, recommended contractors for minor repairs, and made sure the closing paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. The whole process, from start to finish, only took two months.
I would not be living in my new home if it hadn’t been for Somair and John-​David. Not only do I recommend Panda Pawer to anyone looking to buy a home in Los Angeles, but also to those who don’t think it’s even possible. Like I said, John-​David and Somair made my dream come true.
