I had such a fantastic experience at this flower shop!!! First of all they are so kind and concerned about exactly what flower set up your looking for and are affordable as well. For all events, Mother’s Day birthdays I come here for my flowers. I even had them host my husbands 50^th for flower arrangements. Highly recommended!!!

I went here the other day and the woman that helped me out was so sweet. My parents wanted me to get a bunch of flower arrangements for a party they were having and the lady working was so patient and educated and she created such beautiful arrangements. Everyone at the party was complementing on how pretty the flowers were and my parents were happy too. I had a good experience and would definitely recommend this place to friends. The flowers who so fresh and actually lasted. Also it’s totally reasonably priced.

I have had multiple wonderful experiences with the florists at Papillon flowers. I’m actually surprised that they have the one star reviews. Their arrangements are very tasteful and beautiful, especially their orchid arrangements. My husband gets arrangements for my birthdays and anniversaries and they have always been on time and in great shape. They have answered any questions I have about caring for orchids and are always polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST FOR CORSAGES AND BOUTINEERS! ALSO, DON’T BOTHER ASKING FOR A REFUND IF THEY MESS UP!
So my husband thoughtfully got me a corsage and himself a boutineer for a black-​tie event we were going to in west LA. When he gave it to me, I asked him where he’d gotten them because they were awful looking…
To begin with, the flowers were fresh but small and looked like the runt cheap roses. Next, he’d asked for peach (to match my dress) and they gave him bright orange. Then there’s the ribbon — no grosgrain or even polyester. No, they had used the rough cheap ribbon that you can get at floral wholesale shops for pennies. And the wristlet — AWFUL! Instead of the usual rubber-​band type wristlet, they had used one of the velcro things you use to tie computer cords together behind your desk.
So I try this thing on and realize that the color looks ridiculous and the ribbon is awful, and then the velcro of the wristlet SNAGS MY DRESS! So I take it off and thank my husband for the thought, but tell him I’m not wearing it and will be taking it back for a refund.
Or so I thought.
When I went to the shop the next day, a difficult woman (who said she was not the owner) gave me every excuse in the book, offered to make me a floral arrangement for free if I wanted, and then when I refused and demanded a refund she said she would have to «ask her boss.» I gave her my info and phone number. No call. After a few more days I called and left a message. No response.
So, I’ve given up. Note to people, this place IS NOT INEXPENSIVE. The corsage and boutineer were $ 35, which is much more expensive than other florists. And in the end I got an unwearable, cheap corsage and the runaround when I asked for a refund.
Lesson learned, I will never go back to this place and would not recommend that others do either.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter’s 21^st birthday. They did not delivery it until the day after her birthday and the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the picture which was an adorable floral birthday cake. I feel totally shafted by this place and definitely do not recommend.
