Went here today to get some shoes for work. I walked in and was greeted by a young girl who was very friendly! I asked her for some help to find the specific shoe I was looking for and she was very nice and helped me find them and the right size. Checked out with another young girl and she was also very very nice. Great service. Very friendly staff I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely returning if I need anything from this Payless.

Great service when I walked in by a girl whose name I really wish I remembered. She asked me what shoes I was looking for and my size and quickly found me something almost perfect. When I found that it didn’t fit she ran and printed me a list of stores that had those shoes in my size. Fast and excellent service

We were greeted immediately upon entering by Lara or Laura(not sure how she spells it.) She asked what I was looking for and she led me to the aisle with my shoe size. It seemed like she was the only person working and there were about 5 other people in the store. She managed to help everyone without ignoring others. Without a doubt, the BEST service I’ve ever had at a Payless. I always get ignored or the girls give me attitude. They didn’t have the shoes I was looking for because they weren’t in stores yet. However, she told me I could order them and said I could still use the BOGO sale. I ordered another pair of sandals because they didn’t have my size in store. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes all because she was so helpful.

0 in professionalism for this discount footwear retailer. I don’t expect the sales people at outlet stores to be highly educated, but I do expect them to have common sense in the workplace. At the time of my visit, a Sunday morning the two sales girls were greeting every person walking inside the store, which would have been welcoming. However, the greeting was anything but welcoming as it was done sarcastically with valley girl attitude. Had these girls been 17 years of age, I would have attributed this behavior to their age and lack of maturity — except, these two individuals were in their late 20s and 30s. Further adding to their unprofessionalism was that they were both having a feast at the check-out counter. Coffee and pastries were spread over the counter even as I attempted to pay. One of the girls had the unthinkable sense of taking a piece of her pastry, inserting it into her mouth and wash it down with coffee, then slapping her hands clean right before scanning the item I was going to purchase. Did she clean up after — no the feast was left on the counter throughout the transaction.

Really helpful and nice ladies that work here. Found size 7.5 toddler boots for my niece in no time. So, if you ever find yourself in Kaiser, next door, and without shoes this is the place to get some zapatos muy rapido.
