DONOTGOHERE!!! WORSTSERVICEEVER! Went in to get a pedicure she put freezing cold water in the tub, I asked if she could add some hot because it was so cold she turned on the hot water for 1 second and then turned it off so I’m still soaking in freezing water! I ask if she can just please add some hot water she didn’t say anything just began to drain the run only to turn it on to scalding hot water! So hot it burned my foot! I asked if she could add some cold to which she gave me an attitude and asked which do I want hot or cold. At that point I proceeded to stand up and leave the shop and will NEVERRETURNTHEREORRECOMMENDANYONEEVERGOINGHERE! STAYAWAY!

Im giving this place 2 stars because, i read the reviews decided to try it for myself AND they did cut me… they didn’t also do my french pedicure nicely, it looks like something i could have done at home. Yes, the callice removal and the time they out into is very good, but my concern now is will i get an infection? and not happy with the paint job :(.

There should be an option to leave it zero stars for this business. I came here to get a pedicure and a gel Mani and only ended up with a pedicure because the guy working here was beyond rude. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional this guy was and how he treated me and talk to me like if I was an idiot. I’ve never had an issue at the other Phoenix nail location but I refuse to go back to either ever again yes the prices are cheap but I would’ve much rather pay more at a different place and know I will be treated respectfully and appreciated as a customer. The only thing I did was ask the guys to use a different clear topcoat I wanted to use the pink top coat and this started his disrespectful rant. Never again I mean if you really hate your job that much do something else don’t treat people like shit.

I’ve been a customer of Phoenix nails for about a year now. I used to go to their other location on pico because the guy that was there always did an excellent job with my nails. I decided to try their new location on Vermont and for all the times I’ve been there they never fail to do a perfect job with my nails! I came in today & got a full set for only $ 16!

Warning… STAPHINFECTION! I came here a couple times and found it inexpensive but each time I came they cut me to the point of making me bleed. The third time I came they gave me Staph infection! I am pregnant so my Doctor can not give me antibiotics as it could hurt my baby so we are trying to treat it with a special wash and topical cream but it is painful and dangerous. I went in to tell them about the infection so they could clean and sanitize the instruments. They were beyond rude and when I said«What are you going to do to make this right» the gentleman there looked at me laughed and said«Sorry?» This is outrageous! I explained that I spent $ 25 at the Doctor(copay)$ 15 for the topical medication and may end up having to take a dangerous antibiotic and or have my finger cut open and drained(Not to mention the $ 50 I spent at their salon) They yelled at me saying well show me receipts, so I did. Then they tried to give me $ 18(the cost of the gel manicure) I refused and asked for the name of the Owner and an address where I can have a lawyer contact them. At this point months pregnant I was on the verge of tears and they refused to give me the owners information. They then threw $ 35 dollars at me and the man continued to yell at me to get out. It was a nightmare! I left because I felt myself getting sick from being worked up and treated this way and I am appalled at the behavior of the people who work at this«salon» If you also got an infection from here or the original Phoenix nails please private message me.
