I visited Peru late last year & have been longing for another Pisco Sour ever since. Picca absolutely hit the spot. We ordered several dishes and all of them were unique and delicious. My favorite was the CHAUFA with seafood, it was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing. The other favorite was the PALTA(grilled avocado) with Ponzu sauce, so simple, but had such a rich flavor & buttery texture, I could seriously eat one every day. Had to order the LOMOSALTADO& a CEVICHE(cause you can’t throw a rock in Lima without it landing in a dish of either). Both were very tasty. The portions are pretty small so be prepared to order multiple dishes & share them all(which is always more fun anyway). We ordered 5 or 6 for 2 people(and I was more than sufficiently full afterwards). I highly recommend Picca & plan to go back within the next couple of weeks… or whenever I hear the Pisco Sour calling again.

Yum! I made reservations at Picca for a friend’s birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Straight to the good stuff: 1. Food is delicious. Get the criollo ceviche — it has seabass and is acidic and light. Perfect start to the meal. The pulpo, or octopus, was also one of my favorites. Surprisingly so was the cauliflower. It had a really good salty and sweet thing going on. We ate every last bite and I don’t even like cauliflower. The pork belly is fatty but really tasty. I highly recommend it. We also got the paella with uni sauce as the base. Super delicious, but very small portion. 2. The drinks. Try their La Niña(I think) and Pisco sour. 3. Service was quick and well paced. We were also seated right away. 4. The restaurant is modern and spacious. Well decorated, and the ambience is intimate and romantic. As everything I tried was so good, I will definitely come back to try everything else! Useful tip — valet parking is $ 7

Prices were outrageous. Food portions were small even though the waiter said these were designed for sharing. Expect to spend about $ 30 per person just on food and leave hungry. The restaurant claimed to be Peruvian, but I was with two people from Peru and they said it tasted nothing like authentic Peruvian food. It was a cross between Peruvian and Japanese. The chef should stick with one or the other because they both sucked. We went early for happy hour, which was a joke. Their happy hour special was 2 cocktails marked down from $ 12 to $ 10. The drinks were so small, they could have been served in shot glasses. This was a special occasion for us, to celebrate a birthday. We took a cake for after the meal. and wanted them to bring the cake out afterwards, which they gladly did. However, they failed to mention a $ 25 «cake fee». That was more then the entire cake cost and way overpriced. $ 5 would be fine or they should have mentioned that it was going to cost more then one of their plates. We would have cut the cake ourselves for $ 25. If you’re thinking of going here, save your money. The food wasn’t that great, you’ll pay through the nose and all because it’s in Beverly Hills.

***Ricca is a tapa-style eatery of Japanese-Peruvian dishes.*** I enjoyed the experience. It is a small space but several levels. Definitely great for date nites but more importantly unique eats. Queso Fritto is an excellent starter dish. Quick and tasty … 4 Delicious cheese center is trapped inside its fried outer shell. It keeps the cheese warm and gooey good. Go decadence! Sashimi is another good starter. It is definitely not traditionally Japanese, but it is delicious. Fresh cuts of fish, yes, yet there is a miso-sesame-lemon-like sauce added to accent flavor. 4 Beet Burrata is perfection. Beets have never tasted better … 5 Beet chunks served over a purée with melted burrata over top. If I knew beets could be this good then I’d eat ‘em daily. Bravo. Anticucho Pork Belly was another fave. It is hearty and tasty. Served over a thick toasted bread. This really hit the spot. 5 Conchas a La Parmesana is served hot in a cast iron pan. 3 Scallops, parmesan and spinach in a creamy sauce of sorts. I like this dish, but it’s not nearly as flavorful as other choices. All cocktails are of a Latin flavor: tequila, rum, pisco, etc … 4 The mojito was fresh, as was my unknown S. American beer. *** Oh I’m destined to return to Ricca. Lots of lil treasures. ***

Wonderful food! I tried so many different things and there are a lot of GF options on the menu. I left one star off because space is seriously tight in there! You are too close to other patrons and it can be difficult to get in and out of your seat.

Interesting fun place to try Peruvian food. Think of tapas with a Peruvian twist. It’s a little pricey because you’ll be ordering a number of dishes. Try the fried rice and you won’t regret it.

Impressed at the fusion style of this place. Who would think Peruvian Japanese. The rib eye, the lomo saltado, the sushi, the ceviches and the scallop with parmesan ALL very good. Don’t forget to ask them for more Huancaina sauce!(Yellow/green spicey creamy sauce) yumm!!!

This is one of my favorite peruvian restaurants. I always enjoy my meal every time I come here. There is valet parking but it’s very easy to find parking on the streets. I really love the ceviche criollo which is a very typical peruvian dish but because of the size I always need to order two of them. I highly recommend the Pisco sour that is the traditional peruvian drink made of Pisco(from sugar cane).

* Price:$$$, $ 9 to $ 29 per plate with very little bites! 3 star. * Atmosphere: no outdoor seating. Not much from outside. Small trendy place. 3+ star. * Location: west side… Not really closed to any major location… So most will not come here unless you live nearby. Very hard to find parking. Will need to valet park. 3 star. * Meals: interesting fusion of Peruvian and Japanese… Small portions, tapas style. Good but not excited! 3+ star. * Service: excellent staff, very attentive! 4 star! Came here with a few friends after work… We were excited to try this place out since not everyday to try Peruvian Japanese foods… Really wanted to like this place but the food is sort of disappointment! The menu is divided to several sections, raw, grillwd/cooked and filling dishes. From the raw section, we had: — Sipcy tuna causal, $ 9 for 2 small piece of tuna on sweet potato bed… Sort of sushi style. Not bad! — unagi causa: $ 8 for 2 small piece of eel on potatoes bed. — Maitake mushroom Tiradito, $ 15: sauté maitake mushroom with line sauce and mints. I love maiyake mushroom but the sauce is very tart… almost inedible! From the grilled/cooked sextion: — King trumpet mushroom $ 16… This acutally tasty and well seasoned but… Just mushroom ! — Black Cod Anticoucho $ 16: probably the best dish of the meal. Perfectly cooked fish. 2 small piece on the stick. From the filling section: Arroz Caufa De Cangrejo $ 16: fried rice with lobster pieces… Not too excited. Overall, it is not bad but is not excited either… Yhe portion is very small… So we went to subway afterwards!

I didn’t know what to expect out of Picca but I was impressed by the time we left. I love their sign; the name was emblazoned on the front of the structure. It wasn’t a huge building, just a tiny structure painted red but it sure catches your attention in a good way. Inside, they have high ceilings, cute lighting, very interesting wall writings, and hardwood tables and seats. Cozy, modern yet homey feel. Music gets loud and temps got high for a bit but other than that, great place. For a group of about 10 people, we got to try a lot. Their food was great. Not the usual Peruvian fare I’m used to eating. Avocado Project(cocktails) — rum with lime juice, avocado purée and a dash of salt. Our server said it was interesting. Then I must love interesting flavors coz this drink was amazing. Refreshing, not heavy on the avocado or rum. In other words, perfect. Quinoa salad — served cold, it boasts of cherry tomatoes, probably cucumbers and other greens combined with quinoa half of which is toasted which gives the whole dish a surprisingly satisfying crunch. Chicken — order the roasted(half) chicken and you won’t be sorry. So juicy and well flavored I would go back just for this dish. Chicharon de Pollo — this was my main order and I’ll never order it again. Presentation was good but flavor not so much if there was any. Dry and tough; and it took them an hour to serve me my order. Popcorn chicken, as I call it, shouldn’t take an hour to make. Ceviche with deep fried calamari — another awesome dish just bursting with flavor. A must try. Our server was very attentive and patient in answering questions flying from different directions. A+ for that. Thanks to Sofia for introducing us to this place. A very good find, for sure. I had a great time with everyone and its heartwarming to see Unilocalers gather together like they’re family as this group did.

gorgeous red building along Pico Blvd. huge interior with upstairs, bar, open kitchen, lots of workers. They serve up Peruvian tapas style with a lot of seafood focus. went for a celebration and was definitely treated well. got 4 dishes to share amongst 3 people. thinking each plate was bigger, we thought that was enough to share. –okra king salmon sashimi: tender salmon sashimi with fav beans and drenched in ponzu sauce. so simple, yet so soothing –frito mixto: mix of fried seafood topped with an onion and jalapeño relish. the spiciness and tartness of relish cut through the fattiness and made the whole thing come together –arroz enrizo: peruvian paella… most like risotto to me. small bowl of creamy unagi flavored rice with scallops, shrimp. unagi flavor was not super strong, but you get a little kick of it at the end of each bite. –pescado with white beans: tender seabass with creamy white beans definitely had room for dessert: –alfajores: huge cookies with cajeta sauce. so sweet and satisfying –churros: delish with side of cinnamon chocolate dip. filled with soft runny pastry cream. food was yummy, portions were small, drinks are creative, service was attentive. good for special occasions. parking is always so hard to decipher in this area of LA. I never understand the signs, valet is so much easier. $ 7 for valet, right in front of restaurant.

Picca is Peruvian restaurant with a Japanese flair. I’m told that there is a very large Japanese population in Peru… there was a period in history where immigration from Japan flourished and this is how Japanese/Peruvian food came about. The food at Picca is art. Every dish is beautiful, interesting, tastes fantastic, and creates discussion. All dishes are tapa style: small and for sharing. We started the night by ordering 4-dishes to share and order a new dish as needed. The menu periodically changes, but for our visit some of the clear winners for the evening were the Anticucho Port Belly, Anticucho Scallops, Arroz Chaufa de Cangrejo, and Arroz con Erizo. I think Picca is one of the best restaurants in L.A. It’s certainly one of the Top-3. It’s certainly worth the experience. The staff don’t hover but they are there exactly when you need them(it takes skill to do that). When we weren’t sure what we wanted to drink with our meal our waiter asked what taste we were looking for(at the beginning: something spicy with hints of lemon /at the end of the meal: chocolaty but not too sweet… with a hint of coffee), he came back with a new creations from the bar.

**Service was average and the food lacked love** Like my little buddy Emily S. said, «This restaurant is loud.» There was a queue outside the restaurant at 5:50pm. Obviously, they are doing something right. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodated my demanding mother by seating us at a table of my mom’s choosing. Oy. Thanks for putting the spotlight on us, Mom. Our server, Aaron, dealt with my father’s inquiries about the signature Peruvian drink. Aaron handled it well… My dad is NOT an easy customer. While he lamented the lack of Scotch in the restaurant, Aaron did his best to placate him. Thanks for putting another flag on our table, Pops. AMBIANCE. They have quite a fine location, upstairs in a classic Pico-Robertson building. Lots of early evening light, through the windows, and a lot of wood… Which I always find to be a nice medium when it comes to interiors. Open kitchen, visible from most tables, and dim lighting in the dining room. The dining room is loud — too loud for this diner, but the space is gorgeous from a design standpoint. We ordered and the food came out very slowly — one plate at a time, which I quite liked. It gave us all time to savor one thing at a time, and paced the meal nicely. THEFOOD. 1. Spicy Tuna — This was a strange sensory experience. I didn’t like the potato as much as I was hoping and the volume of potato was overwhelming, in my opinion. 2. Ceviche — Halibut, Fried Calamari, Citrus… WOW! Very good, but there was not nearly enough halibut in this dish to justify its«ceviche» title, as most of the dish was fried calamari. The calamari, however, was freakin’ AWESOME. A good dish, but lacked the amount of actual citrus-cooked fish that I was expecting. 3. Chicken Wings — Spicy? No. Sweet? Very. Awesome? YES!!! Order this, or you’re kinda missing out on a really delicious dish. Maybe ask for some hot sauce… I dunno. 4. Elote — Similar to our beloved Mexican street corn, but sweeter — much sweeter. A good dish at a decent price. 5. Lobster & Duck Fried Rice — This dish just sucked. It was sopping wet… It was overly salted… It was undercooked. Gross. None of us liked this dish, and I wish I could forget the horrible texture of this dish, but it haunts me to this day. 6. Crispy Duck Leg — A beautifully cooked duck leg RUINED by a bunch of sauce being spooned over it. You take the time to make a nice crispy skin and then douse it with sauce, creating a soggy skin??? Don’t get me wrong, this dish tasted fucking awesome — it was one of the best dishes of the evening. But slathering a crispy skin with sauce is among one of the greatest sins in cooking. 7. Pollo Saltado — THISWASEPIC!!! Seriously… I don’t care if they are slaughtering unicorns and using them only for their tear ducts, this dish was so freakin’ good that I’d have ordered the beef saltado as well, if my table wasn’t filling up. The sauce was so goddamn good that I’d happily ladle that over me, in a bathtub. Seriously, this and the chicken wings are reason enough to make a mission to Picca. 8. Spicy Yellowtail — I liked this better than the Spicy Tuna, as it had a bit more texture. It didn’t seem to be as finely chopped, which gave a nice texture to it. The wasabi flavor from the tobiko was undetectable, but who doesn’t like tobiko?!? 9. Fluke Sashimi — Flavorful, however, the texture of the fish was a bit tough. In addition, the garlic chips were rather bitter. They were either overcooked or needed a couple rounds of milk-blanching. Either way, not my favorite. OVERALL. Truly hit and miss. Almost felt like the kitchen was«cooking by number,» as opposed to cooking with their hearts. Food was all over the place, from delicious to unpalatable. Service was average. Dining room was freakin’ loud — don’t come here for a first date, unless he/she has a thing for being screamed at(in which case, you’re in for some amazing first-date-sex and a shit ton of therapy, down the road). I guess I’m still scratching my head… Did I come on an off night? Is the menu too large? Why can’t I taste the love, man? I understand working in a busy kitchen… But Picca has really fallen short of what I was expecting. A good meal? Yeah, it was alright. Something to write home about? No.

Mo-Chica’s sister restaurant, Picca… the food here is quite intriguing and dare I say, life changing!!! The combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine; known as «Nikkei», has become such a popular sensation! Picca is one of the few and BEST places known for it’s outstanding Peruvian-Japanese dishes! Service here was very impressive. Outstanding servers… so hip, outgoing, and overall, on top of their game! — Ceviche Criollo: Seabass, rocoto leche de tigre, canchas, sweet potato $ 15 I’ve only heard great things about the ceviche here. Glad we ordered this beautiful dish! The taste of the sweet potato surprised me, but it complemented the other ingredients very well! What an appetizing dish to start with! — Anticucho Lengua: Braised ox tongue, bell pepper anticucho $ 16 Delicious tender ox tongue w/well seasoned bell peppers. Great flavors in this dish! Locro De Quinoa: Quinoa pumpkin stew, fried egg, choclo, parmesan, crispy tomato $ 14 –This dish was soooo savory and soooo creative! The description of this dish sounded sooo unappetizing, but it was recommended to us, so we had to try. Who would have expected the combination of quinoa and pumpkin to be so impressive?! In addition to the other ingredients, this dish was perfected… be prepared to fall head over heels… — Anticucho Black Cod: Miso anticucho, crispy sweet potato $ 15 Mmmm…the cod was cooked perfected with the miso and crispy sweet potato. flaky, tender, and delicious fish… –Seco De Pato: Crispy braised duck leg, peruvian beer sauce, cilantro rice 16 The well braised duck meat was sooooo tender and the skin was crisped perfectly. The Peruvian beer sauce and cilantro rice paired really well! –Uni Scallop Tiradito: Diver scallop, sea urchin leche de tigre, oba leaf $ 25 This is an amazing dish… I loved all of the dishes, but scallops and uni are two of my favorite things to eat in the whole world, so I definitely favored this one. Savory and sweet with a citrus kick! –Maitake Mushroom: Lemongrass yuzu butter, soy sake, shiso $ 12 I LOVE all types of mushrooms, so obviously… this dish really appealed to me. Cooked nicely over a charcoal grill, which created a very smooth and smokey flavor in our ‘shrooms. The texture was wonderful, as well. If you enjoy mushrooms, order this dish! Dessert: Tres Leches Cake -$ 9 –This dessert was a simple and great way to end the meal. Though extremely full, I was quite surprised to have still had some room in my stomach! I guess there’s always room for dessert… can’t resist or decline! The cake wasn’t overly sweet, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t the best tres leche cake I’ve ever had, but it was good. I’d like to try other desserts next time I go! Valet parking is available for about $ 6.50, which is a reasonable price compared to other restaurants in the area! Big thanks to Jackson a.k.a. Mr. 626 for introducing me to this awesome place!!!

First time been to a Peruvian cantina, first time tried Peruvian food, was surprised at how similar it was to Asian fusion food! Loved the million items menu, all shareable small plates, from tiny portions to close to medium portions, definitely need 3 or 4 items per person to feel reasonably full. They don’t have vodka, only tequila and rum, I would probably eat more if I was drinking vodka cocktails, tequila and rum suppress my appetite usually. The very good: Dungeness crab causa: never had causa before, very fresh crab and rich sauces on top. Trumpet mushrooms with veggies: loved the mushrooms and kale, so fresh and yummy. Duck confit with risotto: very flavorful and tender duck leg, the risotto was so good. The good: Fried jidori chicken breast: crispy outside, tender white meat inside, so good. Shellfish paella, with scallops, clams and shrimps: super fresh and tender shellfish, loved the soft and sticky rice. Bacon wrapped snails, they were skewers, very comforting and flavorful. The OK: Halibut and crispy calamari ceviche: eat the crispy calamari by itself, don’t mix it with the extremely sour sauce, made the calamari so mushy and tasted horrible. I only found very few tiny pieces of halibut in it, they were pretty good though. Drinks: Specialty cocktail Primrose Everdeen was very tasty and strong, a beautiful drink too! The spicy drink was OK, the dried jalapeño and chili pepper were so smoky, as well as the whole drink, not spicy enough just some weird smoky flavor, didn’t like it. Hubby had two small bottles of Moet champagne. The cocktails I tried were $ 15 and $ 16, a little steep but They were very strong drinks, I would have tried more cocktails if they served vodka. No Espresso, coffee was not strong enough for hubby. Dessert: Churros: the BEST ever! A MUST try! Loved the strong and rich flavors of the tapas, very satisfying even though the portions were small. Very friendly and attentive service, the downside was the tight spaces and noises, it was hard to talk, and dining people had to move tables to let other dining people get out. I think we will choose to sit at the bar or kitchen counters next time, they looked much better than our half booth table. Definitely a fan of this place, coming back for more tapas soon! Ps. I really wish I had liked Picca more. I just don’t love the restaurant as much as I love its name– Pika! I do however love the red brick building where the restaurant is housed. It has a surprisingly trendy interior yet it seemed to be perfect for all occasions. You can even see the open kitchen where they are grilling the various meats and veggies in hot flames. If I’m a restaurant consultant, the first thing I’d tell them is to reformat the menu! I have never been to a place where I simply gave up on reading the menu because it was too much work. I felt like I was doing the comprehensive reading section of my gmat where they purposely throw in odd vocabs and dense paragraphs just to confuse you. Why should I even bother when I can flip through pretty Unilocal pictures? The food itself wasn’t bad. Japanese & Peruvian mix was certainly creative, but I wish they had highlighted more distinctive flavors rather than mash various ingredients just to make them«fusion». I had expected more. The paella was delicious but for the wrong reason as it tasted more like a creamy spicy mayo risotto. I was not a huge fan of the pork belly skewer. Tuna tartare over halfed grilled avocado was probably my favorite of the night. The bill came out to be $ 100+ for 2. Definitely not the cheapest place on Pico. Pika Pika!

Picca is great for those who want to try something different and beyond regular Peruvian food. I typically don’t get caught up in fusion food but when done well, like it is at Picca, it really gets the best of both worlds e.g. like Miley and Hannah Montana. The Miley, or crazy, part of the dishes would have to include the: — arroz con erizo — the uni flourish is a nice touch and makes this a rich dish that you have to try — camote — asian glaze over sweet potato made this taste very Japanese but with the hearty flavor from South American cuisine. The HM, or wholesome/traditional, type of dishes would have to include the: — Bisteck a la pobre — breaking the egg all over makes this a hearty breakfast-like dish that everyone enjoyed — lomo saltado — a tad too salty but the meat was tender and juicy The only miss for the food was the arroz chaufa con mariscos. Far too salty like going overboard on soy sauce for a crab fried rice. One of the major knocks against this restaurant is the lack of parking but on a Sunday we were able to find parking across the street near the Ralphs. Our server was super helpful willing to explain literally every single dish on the menu and make great recommendations for sharing purposes. A party of 5 of us actually came away feeling very full and satisfied which I didn’t believe would happen given the portion size. Picca is bold, the exterior paint design with the gigantic«PICCA» text is an example of that, but it isn’t afraid to be different and in-your-face with their flavors. For that reason I’d come back to entertain guests for sure who want something new.

Picca is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in LA!!! An absolute MUST-TRY restaurant in my opinion! :) The menu changed since the first time I went which is unfortunate because a couple of my favorites are no longer there. :(My all-time favorite dish there was the UNISCALLOPS! OMG soooo goood! Picca, please bring those back! That dish is up there on one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life! SO amazing! My favorite drink, the Lucuma Skywalker is also no longer available. :(Hopefully, they’ll bring that one back! However, it’s a Julian Cox cocktail list so you know all the drinks are gonna be pretty good! I tried the Risky Hibizness the last time I went and it was tasty and balanced. A few of my other favorites and MUST-TRY dishes: — ANTICUCHOBLACKCOD w/miso. OMG. MELTSINYOURMOUTH! Pretty tiny and sad to share because you’ll want to eat this all by yourself. Possibly the best cooked fish dish I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. It comes with crispy sweet potatoes which are like delicious little chips. GETTHIS! — ARROZCONERIZO: paella with shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops, and sea urchin purée. Fabulous, creamy, delicious seafood paella! All my friends loved this dish. Great for sharing! — SECODEPATO: crispy duck leg w/beer sauce and cilantro rice. WOW another one of my favorites! Get this. You won’t regret it! Freakin delicious and also great for sharing! Overall, Picca has amazing food and great service. I’d highly recommend making reservations in advance. It can get crowded and pretty loud. Great place to celebrate a special occasion or for a girls’ night out! Parking: street or valet

~~~DineLA-Picca~~~ This review is long over-due but for good reasons. Let me tell you, I very much enjoyed Chef Ricardo Zarate’s ensemble of creatively put together fusion of Peruvian and Japanese dishes at Mo-Chica, which had my taste buds screaming for more. So naturally, I had to check out his other restaurant, Picca. Over the last several months I’ve met up with a mixture of interesting people seeking great food and company, foodie adventurers. Well, this adventure at Picca, during DineLA was just the beginning of many wonderful dining experiences to be shared with a special friend sharing the same passion of exploring new dishes and expanding our palates. We ended up at the chef’s counter as reservations were all booked for our time slot. It was actually the best seats in the restaurant. We enjoyed watching the line cooks design each plate before they came out. They seemed to take great pride and joy in preparing each dish. For our drinks, I ordered Constantino’s Revenge with lemon, honey, pineapple, Diplomatica, & angostura. My friend ordered the Pisco Sour with pisco portion, citrus, cane sugar, egg white, & angostura. Both of our drinks received our seal of approvals. Picca captivated the same wild zest of texture and taste I savored at Mo-Chica. We pretty much enjoyed everything we ordered, minus the dehydrated meringue dessert. Nice presentation but the taste factor reminded me of dehydrated Astronaut ice cream. Here’s what we ordered: First Course: Scallop & Tiger Shrimp Ceviche –passion fruit, leche de tigre, sweet potato Chicharron de Costillas –baguette, baby back ribs, Huancaina, salsa Paiche Tiradito –aji Amarillo, lime, camote mousse Tacu Tacu Frito –deep fried tacu tacu rice, tomato, Huacatay Main Course: Carapulcta Seabass –dried potatoes, peanut butter, seared bass Short Rib –braised prime rib, pearl onions, red wine Baby Octopus Crostini –sauteed octopus, aji amarillo, herbs Baby Bok Choy –bok choy, lemon chard, scallion pesto Dessert: Dehydrated Meringue –passion fruit mousse, pisco, fruit Lucuma Napoleon –puff pastry, chocolate cremosa, lucuma It’s a bit of a hassle finding parking but they do offer valet service. Overall, it was a memorable night with great ambiance and food, excellent service, and most importantly, pleasurable company. Feliz cumpleaños a mi querido amigo.**
Acabo de visitar este lugarcito con mi esposo, pues soy Peruana y me gusta visitar lugar con sabores peruanos en CA. En resumen la decoración es agradable puedes conversar y pasar buen rato con tus amigos, y se que hacen lo posible por darle un buen toque de sabor a los piqueitos de la carta, pero les falta aún :( Anticucho, el ají sobre el anticucho mató el sabor. El ají va al lado no encima, y si el comensal no come ají?como le hacen? Papa rellena, muy aguada, le faltó sal y solo percibí el sabor de aceituna. Tacu tacu, estuvo mejor pero por fuera estuvo over cook, mientras que dentro percibí que le faltó cocinar al frejol, la crema si me gustó. Vendré a visitar el bar, pues deseo sus probar cocteles Recomiendo al señor chef con mucho respeto, visitar El Rocoto, en Gardena… Hasta ahora uno de los mejores restaurantes/cantinas Peruanas que he visitado… A veces es bueno hacerlo pues algo ayudará a adherir a su sazón. No me importa pagar over price, pero si me gusta recibir lo que ustedes ofrecen por el precio que piden:)
Picca is the best new restaurant in LA. On the pricey side but service was great, food was fantastic. The best dish was the Arroz con Erizo: peruvian paella, mixed seafood, sea urchin sauce $ 16 Between Sotto downstairs and Mezzanine upstairs, Picca is a one-stop food marathon.
