I generally give great reviews to this Pizza Hut as they are prompt and generally decent for Pizza Hut. Today is the last day I order from Pizza Hut. The order was delivered in a timely manner by a very professional young man. As I started to enjoy my pizza, I discovered that my pepperoni was attached to a very long black hair. The hair was cooked into the cheese and pepperoni. Not awesome to discover. I called the Pico Pizza Hut to have a person answering the phone who was not listening to me when I repeatedly asked for a Manager. After asking again — she stated she was the acting Manager. I explained my experience and she said they would remake and deliver a new pizza. I said no thank you, please credit my credit card. She responded please hold. When she returned to the line, she informed me she had to speak to the Manager(wait, she was acting manager 30 seconds ago). The other Manager said they do not give refunds. They can remake the pizza or give me a credit for future orders. I said yes, I was told I was going to have future credit from this store and never received it before, so please credit my credit card. Again, they could remake my pizza. I said no thank you, I will be contesting the charge with my Visa Card. I will give credit to the lady, she did apologize before I hung up.

The girl who answered the phone when I asked for the manager, was a complete rude BITCH. She told me that not everyone speaks English and I told her well you should if you’re answering the phone and not everyone speaks Spanish. She hung up on me and cancelled my order. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!!!

Excellent pizza and excellent customer service. I’ve ordered from this location countless times. Only two instances where my pizza arrived late and cold, I called the store to explain the situation and both times they sent over a replacement pizza right away. No hassle and the employees were very nice about it. Thumbs up!

This is a classic case of a company leaving in charge someone with no education and no competence. This rude disgrace of a manager by the name Luis should be fired, should never be able to speak with customers again after hanging up on a customer in the middle do an order. Then telling him to get over it. Luis I will be contacting your area manager as you are not the owner. I am sure Pizza Hut would love how you proclaimed to be the The Area and District Manager of Pizza Hut. This is he last time I am treated with such disrespect by a person at your establishment without you being held accountable sir.

Placed an order at 7;30 on a Thursday night. Website said it would take 50 minutes to get the food. My daughter wanted noodles, so I said okay, I can wait. 8:30 comes. No pizza. 8:40 comes. No pizza. I call up to find out where my order is. They hadn’t even sent it out yet. When I complained the manager hung up on me. When I called back again, he told me he had plenty of other orders, mine wasn’t important, and he didn’t need my business. Well fine. You’ll never get it again. Or any other Pizza Hut anywhere on the planet.

So. I’ll keep this short and simple as I’m just a little bit pissed and hungry. Yeah, hungry, as I never did receive the order we placed.(checking clock). 4 hours ago. Order went in at 10, paid via card on the phone. 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. We live 1.5 miles from this location and it has, always, been markedly beyond 40 minutes for delivery time. That said, I’m pretty forgiving and let it slide; shit happens, whatever. 40 minutes pass. Okay. One hour. Okay, I call. No answer. Automated message to hold. Twenty minutes on hold. Disconnect. Call back. «We’re currently closed, however if you’re still waiting for an order you haven’t received, please hold…» yahda yahda. Nothing. No answer. No callback. Nothing. Pico Pizza Hut, this was the last straw. You sucked already, service and quality-wise, but you were open. And so we dealt with your inadequacies. Meantime, there’s a Digiorno in the oven now(which I walked to CVS up the block to fetch 3.5 hours post-failed delivery. I can’t WAIT to talk to these idiots tomorrow(I don’t even want a comped pie at this point, but screw it. Money back and comps are happening. Oh, are they happening.

I haven’t had pizza from pizza hut in years. Since my other go to place fresh brothers was closed already I decided to order from Pizza Hut online for pick up. I don’t usually order online but their mobile website was super easy to use I decided to order online. I was on the way back from work so i thought it will be a perfect timing to order and pizza should be ready by the time I get there(about 20min). I liked how I don’t have to put my credit card number when I order for pick up online and you can just when when you get there. When I arrived at this Pizza Hut location there was no parking on their lot because of their next door restaurant using all the spaces, I parked on the street. I can see how this might be a problem during rush hour. But since it was already passed 10pm when I got there, there were plenty of street parking. When I got to Pizza Hut my pizza was about to be done, so I paid for my order and sat down to wait. I decided to check Unilocal review on the location and there I was horrified about all the recent reviews of this place! I was yelling at my self in my head«why didn’t I check the review before I ordered it like I usually do!!!» I was so nervous to how horrible my pizza will look like and the attitude of stuff here. But once I got my pizza and checked inside the box, I was so relieved that my pizza was intact, looks yummy and not raw lol. And the taste of pizza was yummy regular pizza(I got super supreme thin n crispy crust). Maybe because of the crust that i ordered was not hand toss like some Unilocaler got but thin crust. it looked good and tasted good. It might not be the best of best but it’s still a pretty decent pizza. Oh and their classic wings were pretty good too :)

Recieved a pizza that was still doughy and the cheese was white when I called the manager said she saw it fine out herself and it looked fine to her and she would give me a discount on my next order. Thanks but that doesn’t do me any good for dinnerv for my family tonight. Poor customer service would not recommend this location.

Luis the manager at this location is extremely rude. My friend and I ordered carry out and placed the order over the phone, with Luis. My friend correctly stated what we wanted and he even repeated the order back to us; upon returning home after 30 mins of traffic we realized the order was incorrect. I was very upset and called Luis and told him I wanted the pizza remade. After a long discussion on the phone with him arguing that we were the ones who made a mistake he agreed to remake the pizza. I asked for my money back since the first pizza was wrong and because I had to drive all the way back. Luis said he is not allowed to give refunds, only credits. I demanded for a refund but he refused, because he has horrible customer service skills. He gave me a credit instead, which I was not pleased about. I asked if I could use the credit at a different location and he said no, it was only allowed to be used at this location. I said, but what if I do not want to return to this location and he said it only applies to this one. I then asked for his bosses number and he told me to go online and get because he did not have it. How could he possibly not have his own bosses number? Anyways, Luis is sooooo rude and does not give a shit about the customers satisfaction or if they return. Luis should not be a manager. I work in retail and in the hospitality industry and I know how customers should properly be treated, which is far from the way Luis treats customers. Luis ruined my night and the service he gave made me really unhappy and not want to return to this location. Mistakes happen and instead of dealing with the problem swiftly and maturely Luis insisted on turning everything into argument. I am so disgusted with Luis!!! I would give this pizza hut a rating of zero stars, if that was possible.

MORELIKEZEROSTARS. I really don’t know what to say, the whole experience was horrible. The experience actually made me angry and I don’t get angry about food. I ordered two pan pizzas online. I was surprised when I received them so quick, so far so good. That’s the only thing that was good. When I opened the boxes, both pizzas were undercooked and bordered on raw, which is really bad considering that they are pan pizzas and the dough was pretty much raw. Then I realized, one of the pizzas was missing most of the toppings and the other had all the toppings, but very little of any of the toppings. That in and of itself would not have been so bad. I can understand things happen. What was really bad is that when I called the store to explain to them what happened, it was a nightmare. All together, I called three times. The first time, I was on hold for over 10 minutes and when someone finally got on the line, they accidentally hung up. The second time, the phone rang and rang and no one answered. The third time, I was on hold for 10 minutes, and when finally finally answered, I explained to them what happened, they asked me to hold for the manager. I was then on hold for another 8 minutes until the manager finally got on the phone. To say she was rude would be an understatement. I told her that I was really frustrated that I was on hold for 18 minutes, the started to argue with me telling me that I was on hold for only 16 minutes and that I was wrong. I was shocked that she was arguing telling me that I was on hold for 16 minutes as if that is somehow perfectly acceptable, but 18 minutes would have been bad. I am completely blown away. Finally, I told her about the issue with my pizzas, and told her that I didn’t want them, and that she could send the delivery guy to pick them up, she said they were too busy. She offered me a $ 10 credit on my next order for a much larger order of which I did not eat. This Pizza Hut is so awful!!! We live two blocks away and its always more than 30 minutes. The drivers are usually descent and nice but the pizza never comes out well. It’s either too greasy and it soaks into the bread or the toppings are scarce, it’s bad. I really wish Pizza Hut corporate would step up.

Funny how I worked here 7 years ago, and since I left, the service has been consistently going down the drain. Ordered 8 wings — well, the CSR(cust service rep) takes the phone for 2 orders before me, even though I’m here in person. I told the CSR what I wanted, and she had to audacity to ask me AGAIN what I wanted. Uhh, I just told you — 8 bone out wings with garlic parmesian. Ugh. At least they have free(super slow) wifi, but the service sucks and there are no restrooms/washrooms for customers.

I have no idea why this location has such bad ratings. Ive been ordering here about 2 times a month for the past 2 years and the staff is always pleasant, courteous and prompt. In fact I get better service here than most higher end $ 100+ for two type restaurants. Delivery time is always reasonable(Friday night at 6:30 and they still arrive in under 30 min) or when I show up to pick up its always hot and ready for me. Staff is always polite and friendly on the phone and have never messed up my order. Seem like a nice bunch on younger people working well. I wish more take out places were this consistent. Oh and of course the pizza is awesome… I’m seriously scratching my head about the bad reviews here! Great job to everyone there.
