The technician-​owner came out at an appointed time, fixed a wiring problem in about 5 minutes, and charged me $ 100, which seemed disproportionate to the time and effort required to do the job. When the problem resurfaced two weeks later, I called him back, and he said he would come back the next day, but HE STOOD ME UP! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE or plan to be ripped off!

My business needed new internet service. Called Power Fox they provided multiple quotes with varied pricing for data and voice service. Wow in a few weeks we had new 3.0 Mbps service from TruMobility. Power Fox extended the new service on CAT 6 wiring to our server rack. Installed our new PoE switch and deployed our Polycomm Phones. The techs were professional and even provided training to our employees to use the new phones. Power Fox hooked us up and is now our main IT Business service provider.

Mark from Power Fox came out and helped us with wiring for the telephone. He was great to deal with and offered fair prices. We would use them again. They were courteous and very helpful.
