I get high quality prints from these guys regularly — good quality, good advice. You have to work with them on their store hours, but that is how it is with many small businesses –

before moving permanently to LA i needed some true B&W 120 processed and scanned. i was staying downtown and didnt have transportation to other great photo places, so this was my only downtown resource i could find. staff was extremely helpful, prices were competitive for Los Angeles. They also tried to knock out the job as quickly as possible, which was helpful. Its a bummer to read the above review, as my experience was quite different.

I love this place! Cute place on the bottom floor of the Macys plaza. I work a couple of blocks away and I use them for all the time for developing my photos. Just got some head shots done and they came out great! I sent my sister there the next day… and she loved them too! I totally recommend this place to anyone in the area who have any photo needs. Its hard finding a non-chain store with great service and products and a reasonable price… this spot is great! Good people.

My God. We took a photo there for a Canadian Passport. It did not match up to their regulation. Not to mention that the photographer charged $ 20.42 for two photos that don’t work for me, they were also pretty much dick-heads the whole time we were there. We gave them a $ 40… they asked if we had smaller change… nope… they tried to keep the whole $ 40 after the services were rendered and they pretended that we didn’t give them two $ 20! So we left… tried to use the photos… the consulate said they were no good. I called them today to see if they could give us a refund. they say they do 1000’s of shots a week and that it’s always perfect. Well, in this instance it was not. Well, he said, we would need a note from the consulate. And I asked him, you do how many a week? 1000’s. A few 1000? Yes. Well, let’s just say that you take 2000 a week… at $ 21 a pop, you’re making more than $ 4K offa hard working peoples backs… and you’re not willing to give a $ 21 refund when YOU screwed up? No. Ghetto… I say… stay FARFARAWAY!!!
