I called this place on a Saturday morning after my 85 pound pup got sick all over the light carpet in my one week old apartment. The woman I spoke with was friendly and I was so relieved that she said they would be able to send someone to spot clean my rug in a few hours! the appointment time came and went, and no technician showed up. Finally, I got a call saying that there was an ‘issue’ and that we would need to reschedule. They told me that they would send someone ‘tomorrow’. which in this case happened to be a Sunday. I specifically asked if the office would be open in case there were any issues and I was assured that it would be. So now the technician is here, and after taking 30 minutes to give me the estimate, which happens to be much higher than what I was quoted on the phone, he is starting the job. The technician has just now come to tell me that he cannot run my credit card, since the office is closed. I will need to pay him in cash. Awesome. I don’ t have cash so he tells me I need to go to an ATM and get some. RIDICULOUS!!!
