This place is terrible! I came in to fix my broken screen, which I paid more than $ 300 for, but I figured I trusted radio shack more than the other small places that would offer to fix it for less than a third of this price. I left my phone (galaxy note 3) there on a sunday morning, and was told the technician would be there later that day so I would be able to pick it up that same day. I received a call later on that evening, telling me that the technician never showed up to work and will not be in till mid week (wednesday). I decided the just leave the phone with them and wait. When I went to pick up the phone, it turned out the newly replaced screen was defective and also they noticed my pen was not working. They did not have any other black screens that matched my phone, (the phone I have has 2 color options black and white), but found one that was meant for the white galaxy note. The technician decided he would place the white screen while mine came in, and then swap them out. Well… 1 week passed by and no word from the technician. I had to keep calling in like every day, until finally I was able to get a hold of him. He told me the parts for my phone were on back order with no delivery date but he would call me as soon as they came in. One whole month went by with no word from this person so I decided to call in. He tells me they have the part in stock and asked that I come in to have it installed, I scheduled the install for that weekend. When I show up, I spoke to a man who said he was the manager (I didn’t get his name, unfortunately), he told me that he did not have a technician at the time and does not have one assigned to his store at the moment (I’m guessing the technician I was dealing with quit or got fired) but he would call me back once he was able to get someone in to install the pieces on my phone. He did call me a few days later to let me know he was still working on this issue, but then 3 months went by and have yet to hear from anyone… SO basically, save your money and go fix your phone elsewhere or I’m sure those smaller shops are better then this and way cheaper! WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Store has low inventory, not neat at all, and appeared to be under staffed. The people who were there provided bad and slow service. The guy behind the counter never looked up from texting on his cell phone the entire 5 minutes I was in the store! I’ll never go here again. I’d rather drive 10 minutes out of the way to another store!
