Sung Sook, who is also the owner, is a freaking genius. I have never had a better haircut in my life. She is a perfectionist and wonderful person. I will never go anywhere else for the rest of my life!

I was referred by a girlfriend to Raffine for hair dyes. The hair stylist, Sung sook was very nice and patient to recommend all the colors that suits me. The dye quality was great, no scalp damage and the color last in a decent amount of time. I have been going to her a few times now and she already remembers my preferences and really takes good care of my hair. I enjoy the professional services and friendly environment very much. The salon is located in the heart of Korea town, parking garage in the back with validation.

I’ve been a customer of Sung Sook Kim for years, and her service was exceptional. She cares about her clients’ concerns, and she listens very carefully. She remembers what you like, so you don’t need to explain every time. She also uses good quality of coloring formula. I never had any problem getting scalp damaged or eye irritation. It might be helpful if you make appointments in advance since she has a lot of clients. Parking is convenient and validation is available. It’s a good place to get one stop service as to hair, nail and skin care. Very friendly environment and great place to have girls’ time.

I’ve been following Sung Sook (the owner) around for years. She’s very friendly and never overbook the reservations, unlike some other hair salons. She also knows up to date styles. When I tell her the style I want, she does exactly that, unlike some of the other stylists. I also trust her to try new styles. Also, love the clean and modern interior.

Love this place! I have been following stylist, Sung Kim. Now she has opened a fabulous place bringing cool salon equipments and nice relaxing interior space for clients. MOST IMPORTANTLY they have skilled hair stylist and great service!

Let me start off by saying that this is not your typical Korean hair salon. It is so clean with a beautiful modern interior and it has the best of the best equipment! I have been getting my hair done by haez forever but I made a huge mistake by getting my hair done locally in OC because I just couldn’t find the time from work to make the drive to LA. I came back to her with some major color issues. My hair was all sorts of damaged as well. She obviously fixed my color and also cut and styled it! Never again will I get my hair done by anyone else!

My hairdresser retired and recommended Kyung Hee at this salon. Very happy with my cut today.

I’ve followed Haez from her personal salon to Raffine. This year I’ve made the final commitment to go silver from virgin black hair. I stayed away from any dying or bleaching for the past 7yrs. This is the only place I feel comfortable doing so.
I couldn’t be happier with the result after 2 Saturdays here at Raffine. Everywhere I go I receive compliments, whether it’s shopping, eating or seeing clients at work. The compliments just doesn’t stop, even when I went on business to China!
Now I’m back again and I will only come to this salon. I’ve recommended many of my friends here and they all love it!

First of all, this salon is gorgeous. Loved the interior and the products they use. I got my gray hair done by the lovely Haez. Usually never go to korean salons to get any color done but she did an amazing job in acheiving that perfect gray color. She was very nice and knew exactly what color i was looking for. Plus she made sure my hair did not damage from the bleaching process and added olaplex (such an angel) and some treatments to prevent breakage. Instead of waiting forever for those instagram stylist book an appt wit Haez! Highly recommend!

Love my hair designer haez!!! Talented and such a sweet lady. She always satisfies me with her awesome skills and great with coloring! I totally recommend to all of u to go and look for her and get ur hair done!

This is a new salon but Sungsook, the head hair stylist, has been my gf & my stylist for years. If you want any hair style, just show her a picture and it will be done~ Especially if you want K-​pop style hairs, she is the person to go to. The place is new and clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, the parking is free with validation, and everything is superb. I know I sound like a homer, but she is truly talented and just as friendly and professional, never pretentious nor over-​bearing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who doesnt mind spending money for quality and professionalism.

I recently got Balayage done by the amazing stylist, Haez. I showed her a few pictures of colors I liked and she immediately understood what I wanted. Her coloring is ON POINT. I was worried about brassiness in but there is absolutely none! My hair is full of dimension and great color. I’m ecstatic with the results and could not recommend her enough.
I’m happy I found a great colorist in koreatown with very reasonable prices. She knows what she is doing and I will continue to go to her for all future coloring/​cuts.

I serendipitously found out about Raffine when I stepped into a coffee shop in K-​town and saw Raffine gift certificates on the counter. I was immediately intrigued, as I had been looking for a new hair salon in K-​town and Raffine had just opened.
The salon is super cute, clean and chic… just the way I like it! First, I got my hair shampooed by Roxana, who gave the most amazing scalp massage. Then I was whisked away into the waiting chair of stylist Haez. One look at her and her cool ash blonde hair made me feel completely at ease. She’s just super cool, edgy and oozes that artsy vibe. I instantly clicked with Haez and she also intuitively knew what kind of hairstyle I was looking for.
I wanted a medium length bob with the front part longer than the back. You don’t know how many stylists just couldn’t muster that kind of cut for me! I’ve gone away disappointed over and over. That is, until, I met the amazing Haez at Raffine! I love my hair!!! My mom also got a cut by Sung Mi, who also did a fantastic job and was super sweet.
Cuts are $ 50 and balayage/​ombré costs $ 250 and up. I can’t wait to get my hair colored next time!
(Raffine also had the best music playing. It was Haez’s playlist, of course!)

I consider myself easy going with pretty much of anything when it comes to outlook styling, but for some reasons, hair styling has always been challenging and bittersweet, and never been able to stay put in one hair salon.
Believe me. I have been looking & searching around forever since immigrated to the US 15 yrs ago. Never been able to make a long term commitment with one hair salon.
Well. that stopped about 3 years ago when i met Sungsuk by my friend’s raving referral, and she opened up the whole new world of hair styling in my life.
Her creative magic sparkles every time and turns out perfectly and exactly i wanted my hairs to be, even when i am in a funk and unsure of what to do. She is very talented, skilled, proactive, and personal.
I really wish her salon was close to where i leave (Irvine)-55 miles away, but definitely worth the distance and every penny for gas.
If you are living in a turmoiled world of hair style, should definitely give it a shot with Sungsuk at Raffine.

This hair and nail salon is in the heart of mid Wilshire Blvd between Ardmore and Wilshire. They validate parking and great friendly service! It’s an upscale beauty salon with great prices! The nail salon has the all new nail art printing to specialize my design. The printer allows pictures from my own usb or on the spot pictures for my nails. High quality art print and service! If you work in this area it is a definite plus.
