The most important aspect for me with regards to dealing large volume business is relationship. Filips is an amazing guy, very accommodating, and is someone who I feel comfortable dealing with. His products are great and diverse, and I ended up buying a LOT of things from this store. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My girlfriend and I went here today on a whim, and did not know what to expect. We had gone plant shopping before, often disappointed with general prices and lack of personable customer service. This was different.
Right off the bat, we were approached by a very friendly guy, Elton, who gave us a rundown of prices and walked us through the plants they had. The prices were unbeatable and the process was instant and easy. They even packed up the plants with paper for easy transport and loaded them up as we took the car around.
We probably walked out of there with 8 or so plants, a mix of money trees, ficus, shades, and palms. Will be our go to place from now on.
Also, you get 10% off first purchase with Unilocal or facebook like. Awesome.

The Rainbow store in Los Angeles was a very great place to shop. Elton is very helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn’t mind going back there to purchase something else because the service was that great. Definitely a hidden gem in chinatown.

Very helpful staff. I was lucky that I had someone with me who could speak Cantonese however they were well spoken and offered great deals on all the items I asked about.
I purchased a very healthy indoor plant for my office and also a pot. Glad to do biz with them and intend on coming back for more horticulture accessories for my future apartment.
