Irma is fantastic. She is so sweet and loving and I always feel safe with my dog in her hands. I’d highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Rawhide and Catnip for a few years now and have been very happy with their service. Arik and Irma have done a great job taking care of my pets.
One of the things I appreciate about them is that I know the people who are caring for my pets. Some other companies just send random strangers (sometimes more than one) who’ve never met me or my animals often with disastrous results (see: Attack Cat). Both sitters took the time to meet me and my animals and get to know them and their routine.
It’s nice to know when I travel someone I trust is looking after my kids when I’m gone.

We used Rawhide & Catnip for the first time this summer. The service was stellar!
We were leaving for a couple of months so we needed a service that could handle that time commitment. Rawhide came out to our house before we left; the rep. (Emily) wrote up a sheet of care instructions and then emailed it to me so I could review to make sure we got everything we wanted on there — medications, feeding schedule etc.
Arik took care of our animals while we were away and we came back to relaxed and happy furry ones. They were so relaxed that they didn’t even seem to know that we’d been gone. After all of those nights worrying if they missed me? Little furry bastards were having a great time with Arik! How do I know this? Arik emailed me every time he visited and sent photos of our animals lolling about being waited on! Arik’s service was exemplary.
Rawhide & Catnip provide great service for a very reasonable price. We will not use anyone else :)

A friend referred us to Rawhide & Catnip, and ever since we’ve been using them to feed our cats when we’re away. Love that they are affordable, will do pet medication at no extra charge, and send text message updates, which is always reassuring. They’re professional, responsible and very, very nice.

Rawhide & Catnip are total pros. What you’re looking for is absolute reliability, and they’ve never made a mistake.
They’re responsive to detailed requests. For me, that included contacting me while I was abroad to confirm their pet visits, at least at first. After a short time, I didn’t need that reassurance anymore. Because they’re good.

Bettina and Irma have been taking care of my new puppy, Bailey, since he was about 13 weeks old. They have been livesavers for me, as I am a freelance producer and have a crazy schedule. They take care of him the days I am on set, and they provide consistent training methods at the same time.
Just like a child, we get nervous to leave our babies with daycare, but I have been at ease with them since day one. They provide a service that feels like a family, and I feel at ease because they love my dog like he is a part of their family. When you see the other dogs that Bettina has trained, that is her business card right there!

I started using Rawhide & Catnip about 4 years ago and I am so glad I found them! I don’t travel that often, but when I do I know my cat children will be well taken care of by Bettina and Arik!
