Doc has been my wife’s dentist since she was a kid. Now we bring our kids here. Excellent Dental provider and awesome dental staff! Turns out Doc’s wife is my moms friend from way back when… one of her staff is my cousin, and I served with his nephew overseas. Good people, excellent dental care and practically family. I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other dentist.

Dr. Rene is the best dentist I ever had. He is very caring, understanding, and friendly. He does asks you if there is any pain. The reviewer who gave Dr. Rene a one star is out of his mind. If it’s because he doesn’t like pain well sometimes drilling does hurt. What a wuss. Anyways, Dr. Rene’s office is great. His assistants are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Rene to anyone.

I cant believe any non-​masochist likes this dentist. I went twice, only because it is so close to home, and my ex-​wife went once. All were routine visits, and all were adventures in PAIN. They were the most careless I ever experienced, and kept sticking and jabbing as if they had never cleaned teeth before. Three strikes. We since found better, more painless dentists. Dr. Hayk Arakelyan is the most gentle I have experienced.

okay… who likes going to the dentist? exactly…
so if we have to bear sitting in the chair of fear and pain every six months (or every year. oops. sometimes two… oops again) then i say go to dr. calugcugan. he was so sweet and patient and gentle and thorough. his prices are so reasonable and that’s great for folk like me with no dental insurance.
i am happy with the experience. so are the clean pearly whites.
oh, and they took me the same day that i called… maybe they just had an opening but i was happy about that. who wants to make an appt and dread it for days, or weeks!

I really enjoyed visiting Rene’s office (he goes by Rene). The décor is nice and has character (Asian theme) but is not over-​the-​top. I especially enjoyed how there is a little garden that can be seen through the windows that are right in front of you when you’re in the dentist’s chair. When you’re in a dentist’s office, you see that wall and windows a lot, so having something nice to look at helps. I did not have to wait long at all to get into my appointment.
Rene is very friendly and knowledgeable and was very willing to answer my questions. I went to the office because of «DueL“‘s review (Marvin S.), and their office staff recognized who that was and were happy to see I had come because of his review.
Rene did a great job with my cleaning and didn’t give me too much grief about how I’m not taking care of my teeth and all, but did tell me the straight recommendations. I was offered the «deep gum cleaning» but I declined, and they weren’t too aggressive with any upselling of work beyond cleaning.
I felt well taken care of, and I am pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend going there.

Renato aka Rene has been my Dentist since i was a kid.
He is the freakin coolest dude ever, his staff is always cool as hell, and even as a kid i never felt like smacking him when i left (unlike other dentists)!!!
