Service: Quick, polite, and gave us extra salsa and lemon.
Wait: We waited like 10 minutes for three orders. So they’re pretty fast.
Parking: Parking in the back
Food: Honestly, compared to so many places in the area. .. THIS PLACE IS BOMB. Give this place a shot if you want quality tasting burritos or tacos. They have tacos for $ 1 on Tuesdays! It will fill you up and keep you happy.
I will be coming back. It is definitely worth every cent!

We were in the area for a community event and looking for lunch. We came across this gem and can not rave enough about this food. I had the 3 tacos de lengua combo and it was the most tender I have had anywhere, no joke. The menu covers the classics, but seriously the quality and details to the recipe surpasses some expensive sit down Mexican food restaurants. They BBQ their chicken outside over wood coals with peppers and onions and the aroma is what led us. A great selection of homemade jugos are there for the taking. If you are in the area you have to stop in. I mean it!

It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the young man who took our order was not friendly he looked irritated also while we were eating one of the staff started cleaning the windows and spraying them next to us while we were eating did not appreciate the smell of glass cleaner.
On the plus side this is a very clean establishment but would suggest they don’t clean while there is food around.
The food was delicious carne asada is more on the bland side but al pastor is super delicious. I ordered a quesadilla de al pastor super juicy! For my taste I would like more cheese and less pico de gallo but the avocado makes up for it. Make sure to ask for salsa since they don’t give you any unless you request it. Will be coming here again.

Ok so I came here because of the reviews! HOWEVER this place was terrible. I will admit it was clean on the inside and the gentlemen that helped us was nice but the food was terrible. We ordered 3 Carne asada tacos, 2 chicken tacos, pastor burrito and a Carne asada burrito. The chicken tacos were ok, but nothing to write home to about. overall the meat was dry and not very seasoned and was unpleasant. I really REALLY REALLY wanted to like this place and give it a great rating but sadly I won’t be returning.

Been here twice already this week.
Food is very good! Probably the best around here. Not to mention the location is very clean, plenty of parking, never packed and staff is friendly. My family and i have tried the tacos, burritos and torta. Also the aguas frescas. i will definitely continue to go here. i also like that they do catering. a little pricey for that but i can see why.
would recommend in a heartbeat! Hope they keep it clean and continue to serve what seems like good quality fresh meats in their food items.

This place is a clean friendly restaurant. They just opened 6 months ago and I eat here 2 – 3 times a week.
Bathrooms nice clean.
Food is excellent. Taco tues 1.00 tacos. Love this place.

Finally El Tio has come to South Los Angeles. This restaurant has been a staple for those of us who live near LAX, the cities of Hawthorne, Lennox and Inglewood.
This place is very nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms. The food is great. I love their chicken burritos and tacos. Their drinks are good too. I prefer the horchata.
The carne asada burritos and tortas are good too.
El Tio will be a new place to eat when I’m working in the area. Loved it.
