This is the second time we have hired Rok events. Both times we have had not only fantastic preplanning assistance(some of it very last minute) but also both bartenders were very friendly, responsible, neat and good at their trade. Ryan is very helpful, his communication clear and pricing is transparent. It is a pleasure doing business with him. Oh and I got a new favorite drink out of the deal.

RoK will always be my first ‘go to’ when I need event staffing. The last time I used them was completely last minute. I needed staff literally immediately for an unexpected venue change. I called Ryan and had staff on site within an hour. They went well above and beyond what I asked them to do. They were completely professional and easy to work with. I’ll hire them again and again because of the consistent reliability and quality of the entire company.

They have the worst staff I have ever seen. I will definitely never use Rok Events again. —— This is in response to your reply to my first comment: Wow that is funny how immediately after leaving my comment, 2 comments popped up giving you good reviews. Talk about fake reviewers. I’m not sure how you would find me in your record as I did not give any indication on here of the caterer I am with or my partner/president of the company who hired you. I’m sorry Ryan but I want people who are real. And to be honest I have experienced your staff multiple times hoping that each time maybe things would get better… But instead every time the staff got worse and every time they completely failed to deliver… They were to say a few things, unprofessional, not helpful, and even had an attitude to them. Just to name a few real story’s cause I’m sure your wondering why and how they were so unprofessional. 1. Constantly finding the staff on their cell phones. That was CONSTANT. 2. Asking the staff for help and them giving me attitude. One even told me to hold on a second and left me waiting as he walked away to do his own thing. 3. I heard them constantly griping and talking about wanting to go home. 4. And the most important… Over and over again I would find the staff in the back or just standing around on the floor and not taking care of the guests. I’m not sure where they where trained but in my book their should never be table messy as ours where; and a guest should never have an empty glass in their hand when we have that many staff. That is the thing too, we had more than enough staff for everything to look great and everyone to be happy. And that was definitely not the case. I was so disappointed how far below par all the staff was. I hope this review helps you to take a look at the staff and re-think many of the people you have working for you on events.
