I’m so surprised to read these other reviews – I’ve had honestly nothing but great service here and would recommend Rudy’s highly. A couple of times they have not been able to resurrect some item I’ve taken to them for last rites but I can’t really fault them for that. For a regular dry cleaners, they are extremely affordable and extremely friendly.
And just a note about «antiquated» systems: I’ve had extremely «modern» computerized places lose my clothes, so however they wanna keep track – carbon copy or no – it seems to be working. I’ve taken clothes to Rudy’s biweekly for over a year without a single problem.

If I could give Rudy and his establishment 0 stars, I would do so. Last week, they made me wait for over 20 minutes as they struggled to find my suit and two shirts. In addition, they lost a button to my Yohji Yamamoto shirt. I guess stupid me for trusting this antiquated 20th century dry cleaners. And, he had the audacity of not giving me a discount on his lousy, sloppy work. If you want your items damaged, bring them here!

I go here every time i need to cut my pants length. They charge $ 7 for alterations. When its done and you’ll ready to get it, its ironed, with a hanger and covered with plastic. I’m giving 2stars because their service was inconsistent. The recent service (pants)with them took me almost a week before they can get it done. The promised date and time was not deliver promptly. Sometimes their things are messed up, that it will take them a long time to look for your item no.

Antiquated intake system that consisted of carbon copy paper. I was super scared that my items would get lost. Got everything back though, all clean but the ironing a little subpar. Also had to wait for a bit on my pickup… but the people are super nice and speak spanish.
