I have had a bad experience with this place I had ordered hardwood flooring and received the the wrong materials. I was then turned down for a refund. I will never ever come here again

Worst place ever. I don’t complain about places, but this place should not be in business. They have ads on their website that are false. They will not honor what they have on their website. On top of that, if you do buy something, it’s cash only. They will not issue a refund at all. So if you end up having to go there, make sure you’re ready to keep it. Forever.

I sent my client in to the store to pick out a HW floor sample. She did so, and later in the day I went in to order the materials. Upon arriving, they made me wait 45 minutes (though I had a pleasant conversation with the sales person). Even though the sample has the number on the back, it took them 45 minutes to find it.
They asked me when I want it, and I said by Wed (5 days later) and they said «no problem»
.In the subsequent days, I made multiple calls AND drove down to the store to make sure the floor would be in by Wednesday. They assured me it would. On Tuesday night, I called them right before closing hours and asked about the materials and this is the response I got.
«oh, i forgot to call you, the factory said it would be in by the end of the month». This is complete negligence. My client is pissed, and my business is suffering from this. I know they wont care about this review because their clients are mostly contractors, but I would encourage anyone not to go or buy from this establishment. I have encouraged my clients to write negative reviews as well, since it is their lives that are interrupted due to S&S negligence.

This company is dishonest company and I recommend to every one avoiding doing business with them. Their prices are consider higher then other company and service sub standers to say the least. My followers Unilocal’r this is a rotten apple don’t be foolish to get a bite.

Stopped by match some wood floors and threshold. Great place for hardwood floors to repair or install new floors. They have laminate, engineered and hardwood floors also and all materials to install.
As long as you have your own contractor with experience and /​or a relationship established or a referral for the work to be performed. This place is great. Everything from start to finish at one place.
