Don’t buy samsonite expecting any warranty.
I tried to claim one when the corner of my 320.00 hard case luggage was dented (not by me but during a flight experience) it looked like a sledge hammer was taken to it. And the latches don’t work right.
After several attempts at help I was directed to a «warranty» dealer 25 miles away. He said that he would send it in to samsonite, but they don’t cover airline damages.
Think about that one for a minute… where else would damage occur???

I’m not sure if you get a good deal here but Samsonite luggage and brief cases seem to be of good quality. Decent but not great selection.

Thank you, thank you Samsonite for bringing the EZ cart back! I LOVE the new version and PLEASE do not take it off the market. It is the best product you have come out with!

We just bought a set in Colorado and were so pleased we tried to buy another in LA.
Only the outlet stores seem to get them and then intermittently. The help line/​online has never heard of the product! How do they run their business. Such a great product… make it available… PLEASE!!!
