The staffing here has taken a dramatic change my appointment was at 5pm which I arrived 15 mins early. Dropped my car off in service and went to the optical department. The customer service here is the pits. My appointment was scheduled and verified previously and insurance checked the day before. The exam was

Victoria acted as a used car salesman!
We went in knowing what we wanted but she was trying to up-​sale us on many options that may be a waste. I told her I’ve wearing glasses for years, but she responded that she’s been doing her job for many years. This response was out of place for someone who was not wearing glasses at the time.
We only came because of the great deal listed in the paper — please know what you want and stay clear of added costs!
BTW — She did not know how to use the registers. Watch them carefully, my credit card was ran twice — but was told my card was declined. I paid using another credit card, but later found out a total of two transactions went through!
