I am hoping that in posting this review, I may motivate this business to make things right. I purchased a rose gold and diamond ring from them while in Alaska. Almost immediately diamonds began falling out. The business encouraged me to send my item back to their location in Los Angeles for repair. That process went smoothly.
However, weeks later MORE diamonds began falling out. I was, again, encouraged to send my item back to them for repair. I did this. It’s now been more than 2 months time. This vendor fails to return Emails, and offers just run around on the phone. I am regularly told «The person who needs to help you is not here» or «That person is busy right now.»
I feel like I have been robbed, and given the appraised value of the missing jewelry, it’s an indictable crime. I am currently in the process of working with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Department of Consumer Affairs to file charges and try to get my stolen property returned.
The bottom line is that, while beautiful, these are products that are very poorly made by a company that, in my opinion, is comprised of criminals.
Also, the two previous 5 star reviews are posted by employees that I have spoken to on my many calls to the shop.

This company is no good, they fired my wife because she was pregnant, they fabricated false In-​corrections on her just so they could push her out, they have cause nothing but stress on my family and my wife needed to go to the emergency room 4 times because of the bull sh$$ if you ever want to stand for a cause stand for this do not go to this place because of there discriminatory ways please.

I bought a black and white pendant for my best friend on her birthday and she adores it! I will be back for their extensive options and reasonable prices and I might buy one for myself too! I can’t wait!

I was looking for a tennis bracelet for myself when I came across this store. They have a great selection of tennis bracelets with different price points. However, the one I particularly liked was big for me and a little over my budget. They told me they’d see what they can do and true enough they worked with me to help me get my bracelet! It was a truly pleasing experience! Thanks guys!
