I’ve only met the owner Armen once. Very nice guy. I generally deal with his employees who are all very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I’ve been selling his merchandise for years now. I’ve given family, friends, co-​workers gifts I bought from Silver Palace.
The Quality is extremely good, I’ve never heard of one issue with any of the products I have sold or given away, that came back with a problem.
That being said. Most of their jewelry is actually hand set. This means the stones are not glued in like other vendors. So they will not fall out.
If you are looking for nice silver products with affordable prices then this is a great source.
The Review By Jez Z. Sounds a little far fetched. (Conflict of interest Here for Sure) Silver is a low cost item to produce and I do not see why they would intentionally produce something at low percentage when stamped .925
I would also assume that the owner would replace any defective items with out any hesitation. They have a solid reputation in the industry.
I am sure they use multiple vendors for the products that they re-​sell, but from what I see in the store all of their items are very nice.

Buyer beware, they have three locations here and they sold me a chain marked .925 silver which means it should be 92.5% silver content which turned out to fire assay for 77−78% silver instead.
I took it home, cleaned it in the sonic cleaner when I saw a bunch of flakes coming off, so I tested it with a magnet and it tested as magnetic and stuck to the magnet like a piece of plain metal (silver or gold should never be magnetic). I went to see the owner of Silver Palace, I think his name is Armen or something like that, he insisted it’s real and took me to get the necklace fire assayed at Daniel&Sons, on the way there he told me that they assay all their stuff there.
I had split second notion that there might be a conflict of interest, us going to his usual assay place. Next day they sent me an email stating that the sample they received was 92.23% silver.
I eventually received the sample and cert, if the sample is the same that I dropped off, the plating was completely stripped off and the black gunk under the plating was completely cleaned off, otherwise this might not have been the same piece that I dropped off because the rolled out sample was more white and pristine than the samples I sent to another lab which came back black and full of gunk under the plating.
I went to LA today and had the remaining pieces of the necklace, individually fire assayed first, after getting the results I wanted to be doubly sure this was accurate so I had the assayer take one of those two samples, re-​melt it and Xray spectrum analysis and it turns out after all the wondering and almost 100 dollars of my own money later, my suspicions were correct. The necklace was 77−78% silver mixed with some type of other metal content, I took the samples and the certs to the owner of silver palace and showed him my results, he refused to refund my money because he said Daniel and Sons assayed the necklace at 92.23%.
I basically paid over $ 500+ for a fraudulent fineness stamped necklace not including all my time and extra money to get it tested.
I can’t say this for all of Silver Palace’s product offerings, but in my case the product was stamped .925 (92.5% pure silver) but actually tested as .770-.780, based on that, I will not buy silver there ever again. it’s a silver mixed with some type of metal material which makes the necklace heavy and stick to magnets which will signal anyone that they are dealing with something that’s not accurately labeled.
I was told by Armen and his employees that Silver Palace has been a reputable business for many, many years, in fact I got only praise from the other vendors that I ran into about silver palace, until I pulled out my necklace and showed them how it sticks to a magnet, a lot of them started speaking in Armenian, shook their heads and said for me not to buy there anymore.
If for whatever reason you do buy here, don’t fall for the «Pay cash and you won’t get taxed» pitch, if you pay with a credit card; yes you pay tax, but you can also charge it back if you happen to find out that the marked fineness was not accurate. PAY WITH CREDIT CARD HERE! it’s your only protection.
