Great customer service & timely service. Took my leather jacket in to get some patches sewn on. Done in a day. The seamstress is friendly and has fare prices. I would definitely recommend this joint.

Been using this place for a close to a year now. They’re reasonably priced. I pay less here than my previous cleaners. All my work clothes require dry cleaning. I drop off items weekly and they always have my items ready on time, including alterations. Love this business because I have even left important items in my pockets and have gotten them back with no issues! I love businesses with integrity. That’s how u build loyal customer base.

This rating is for Señor Garcia’s alterations. They’re always exactly as requested. As far as the dry cleaning, they are sent to the other sloans on Main St in Lincoln Park. I have never had any negative incidents when taking my clothes there and I’ve been going for 10+ yrs. I will say they over charge a bit, but other than that it’s a great dry cleaners.

Don’t bring your clothes here! My husband took his new express shirt it came back with what appears to be a bleach stain! We took it back they said they don’t use bleach products but mentioned that the person who usually does the cleaning was on vacation. He’s gone back several times its been 2 weeks the owner hasn’t called after they said the owner will follow back. Its a lost shirt now never going back. We went out of convenience. They ruin your clothes and take no responsibility for it.

Don’t ever bring your clothes here. I have a white suit jacket I wear for work sometimes, didn’t really check it until I had to wear it and noticed it look exacly the same as it did when I too it there.
Not only did my clothing items came back with the same stains, I’m sure they came back looking worst. Didn’t really feel they did a good job, at all!
Going back to my south Pas. dry cleaner.

Mr. Garcia is an excellent tailor & has even more excellent prices! I bought a formal dress to wear in a wedding that I am going to be in even though it was a few sizes too large knowing I could have a tailor take it in. I almost made the mistake of taking it to place in Pasadena after being quoted $ 60. So glad I waited & took it to Mr. Garcia — not only was he able to have the dress ready in only 3 days, he did it for only $ 18! He will definitely be my go-​to-​guy for all of my tailoring needs from now on!

Do not bring your dry cleaning to the Sloans Dry Cleaner on 5061 Huntington Drive! They lost my blouse, which was a very bright color, and could not be bothered to return a phone call! It was somehow lost in transition because they do not even dryclean your clothes on site. Word to the wise — DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! The staff continued to give me excuses why I could never speak to the manager/​owner. When she did finally contact me, she was going to «investigate» and call me back in 3 – 4 days, it’s been more than 2 weeks and I still can’t seem to speak to anyone.

Excellent service from wonderful people. I liked their dry cleaning service so much that I started bringing them everything for ‘wash and fold’ — no more depressing evenings washing the dryer spin at the coin laundry!
I recommend them for repairs and alerations, too. Just let Anna and her staff know what you want and they’ll make it happen. Affordable, reliable, and all in one stop.
