Since my previous clinic moved, I checked out several clinics, but was not happy with the treatments, nor was I able to communicate with the acupuncturists(they only spoke Korean). I was recently introduced to Dr. Lee at SM Acupuncture and was very pleased. She was very caring and attentive(spoke English), and most of all she was very sensitive with a soft touch… didn’t even feel the needles. When I first met Dr. Lee, I thought she looked too young to be an acupunturist, but learned that she also specializes in skin care. I’ve been to her clinic several times now for back pain, high blood pressure and for my gout… and I feel so much better everytime. At the clinic, there was also a Dr. Chung, who gave a me acupressure sports massage and aligned my spine. I have even received herbal medicine that has lowered my cholesterol and uric acid levels. I have already introduced several of my friends and they have all been very pleased. I am so glad that they accept my insurance, unlike the other clinics that I checked out. The one thing is that clinic is small in an older office building. If I get there after after 5PM, the neighboring day care can get really noisy with piano lessons. I am so thankful to SM Acupuncture. I feel so much younger and healthier.
