I love this store. The staff is super informed. I like to shop around but these guys always have thr best price. I like this place. Its truly a one stop shop with carriers from metro to boost to t mobile.

These guys are great. My phone had a cracked screen and was dropping calls. They hooked me up with a free phone. The guy john even installed an app that allows me to test my speed. He seemed to know alot about the phone he sold me. He showed me how to call mexico and instructed me on how i can use my phone in mexico and canada. Great store to visit. I recommend. This store to everyone.

It’s 10:20 on a Monday morning and no one has opened the store yet. There are at least 3 customers waiting for it to open. Store hours on their window states that they open at 9:45, Unilocal says 10:00

By far the worst phone store I have been to.
Their customer service is as shitty as can be.
It seems that the only thing they are after is people’s money and could care less about how the customer feels at the end of the day.
It’s a family run business so expect the «management» to cover everyone’s rudeness and lack of customer service for one another. If you have an issue they will never try to help you out and if they do they make you feel like a dumbass.
There’s this fat chick that works there that has the most prepotent attitude I have come across. She feels like she’s always right. I talk from experience that this is the worst location you can stop by for help. AVOID THIS LOCATION. SAVE A SOUR MOMENT WHICH YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY HAVE IF YOU DECIDE TO STOP BY.
A few months back a senior stopped by to pay his phone bill. It just so happened to be that I was there to pay my parent’s bill. The senior was asking, who I assumed to be the manager, why he was being overcharged. The «manager», if he can be called that, got so upset to the point that he kicked the old guy out of the store and came around the counter to try and fight this older person. Everyone in the store was shocked that the manager would dare do that to a customer.
I’m telling you don’t bother to stop by they will definitely ruin your day and not help you one bit. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because you can’t give zero stars.
And for the management of this establishment if you’re reading this you might want to do something about your attitudes towards the people that are paying to keep you operating. Remember you get a percentage when people pay their bill at your store so you might want to be a better at what you’re lacking. You might want to start with that fat girl that seems to not have any respect for anyone whatsoever.
