Bought a pipe for medicinal purposes got home and found a crack. With work and moving it was a while before I could get back. Just walked in this morning and the owner was like «no problem please choose another one.» He showed me the shelf of comparable pipes and #thesearchcontinues… Found my new pipe and all was good…

$ 6 for a pack of Marlboro. Not the best price in town, but reasonably average. The worker was really cool to give me a free lighter. Awesome, customer service. But I really should quit.

Why make a hundred stops to get what you need when you have a place like this? Products range from hookahs to pipes and vaporizers. The staff always takes their time to help you; they’re not there to get an immediate sale, they will take their time to get to know you and what exactly you want. I stopped by one time and was talking to Mike, the owner, for a while and the entire time, Art, the co-​owner, was helping a girl pick out a pipe for her grandmother out of all people. She must have asked to look at 30 different pieces and Art took his time to explain the specifics of each one. He asked about her grandmother and what her taste was like to help choose the best pipe. After about 20 minutes, she made a decision and couldn’t be happier with it so why keep reading? Go to Smoke Shop Plus and have your own great experience!

I came in here pretty pissed off about a previous transaction, and they made it right.
That’s good business and good business that cares about it’s customers should be rewarded.
Definitely aggressive sales people, so check it out if that’s your style.
I’m more of a «browse silently» type. I won’t be going back.
Prices were good, tons better than Noho Tobacco.
A+ for doing the right thing.

Pipes, papers, and chill people; this place has it all! They have a wide variety of hookah items and a TON of hookah tobacco. The staff is very knowledgeable on all their equipment. I will definitely come back when I am in the area again.
