Daniel was very professional we called him to our house in Glendale he was here within 3 hrs and came and educated in HERS TESTING we needed for our new ac explained everything and was very clear and professional and totally new what he was doing definitely will recommend him for all hers test needs

I had no idea what to expect as a first time HERS testing customer. Wow. Daniel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I received a phone call alerting me that he was about 45 minutes away which was very convenient. He was prompt and efficient, getting to work and setting up his equipment to handle the job. He was careful with all equipment and handled our mechanical system like a pro. Getting the proper info from our permits, he was obviously on point with the current (and past) code requirements and made a potentially confusing experience very smooth and pleasant. Daniel is awesome! We were right at the end of our tenant improvement getting our final inspections so we could open our business and found out last minute that we needed to get our hvac system tested. Daniel made it out the same day and we were able to get our store opened on our intended opening day. He pretty much saved our schedule. Definitely recommend. My husband found So-​Cal HERS Rating on Unilocal as he was searching for HERS Rater. The owner Daniel was very professional and clever and very detailed in explaining on what procedures we needed for having HERS Test done for our new house. He was very polite and got to our house on time. Since we applied for rebates he needed to do more tests than just a duct test. He explained everything to us step-​by-​step while he was doing his job. Everything got done even faster than we expected and we got our HERS Report right on the same day.
