BEWAREOFSWITCHINGOVERTOSPRINTANDHAVINGSPRINTPAYOFFYOURLASTBILLWITHYOUROLDCARRIER! I was sucked in by this too good to be true scam and REGRETIT! They lure you in offering the newest iPhone whenever they come out for a small rental fee and claiming they will take care of canceling your service and pay your last bill. I did everything I was supposed to do, then over a month later I’m contacted by AT&T alerting me that my past due balance was about to go into collections!!! The idiot at this store never submitted the copy of my last bill that I brought in and NOONECALLEDTOSAYTHEREWAS A MISTAKE!!! The stupid amex gift card they were supposedly going to send me to pay off my bill never even got sent out because they never even contacted AT&T. Now I have to pay the $ 259 myself in order to prevent this being reported to the credit bureaus while waiting up to a month for my reimbursement. I REPEAT, THEYARESCAMMERS, DONOTSWITCHTOSPRINT!!! They also don’t even have 4g which they also don’t tell you. Buyer beware.

Went in about two months ago to buy a charger. The only chargers I was told was in stock was the one that cost $ 55 but has warranty. Since, it had warranty I decided to buy it. I was told I could come back at anytime to exchange the charger if it stop working, so I decided to exchange it this week. I found out the original person who rung up my purchase never put the item under my account, so there was an issue with exchanging it. After a long wait and having to leave store to find the original box it can in another employee helped me exchange it for a new one . There is suppose to be a year warranty but I was told today that I could only exchange it one time. So, reasonably I’m not happy with the overall customer service and the lack of certainty the sales reps have on their products and purchases.

Hector is the man you want to see. he makes it happened and explains everything to you, he’s very nice and patient. remember they don’t have a technician here so don’t even bother going there for technical support

Went in to purchase my new phone and I was helped by Erick who wasn’t patient and didn’t even allow me to ask him questions. He was in a rush I can understand that because there were a lot of people that day but his customer service was horrible and he still had the nerve to tell me to rate him a high score on their website. Not coming here again. Would drive to a better store next time.

This was the most annoying experience that I’ve ever had with a cell phone store. The customer service representatives are not properly educated on their products. They are not equipped to give the information that goes along with the carrier nor the products. I had returned to the store numerous of times because of my product not working properly, the rep lied about some of the services that Sprint offers. Over-all every time I went… different people gave me different answers about the same question that I’ve asked over and over. I’m glad I got back within those 14 days before I was locked into a contract with them. It was all bad! SPRINTSTOPLIEINGTOMAKEPPLBUY!!! #returnedeverthing and switched over to another carrier. I gave two stars because they were willing to return everything with no questions asked.

Very horrible service waited over 45 mins to buy accessory. One employee helping customer going back and forth changing music while customers are waiting. Have other employees in store that could handle a 5 min transaction standing around doing nothing. No one available at desk to take name. After standing around for 10 mins finally greeted. Suggestion you shouldn’t have 2 wait a hour to buy a accessory they should have someone to handle small transactions. It’s after 8 employees leaving still customers in the store. Wtf only in LA close shop then leave. Smh managers are worthless help out what bout being a team player instead of standing texting on your phones. Owners need to do random drop ins and see what’s going on at your stores. This doesn’t make any sense. Still waiting 8:17 this is ridiculous.

The service started off cool. But the next day I learned that the sales man gave me the wrong info to the plan I signed up for. I called the store at opening time and ERIC told me he couldn’t help me. That I would need to speak with the man who sold me the phone. I asked for a manager. He said he can’t give them the phone I would need to come in. I felt trapped in a plan I didn’t want and they weren’t willing to even talk to me. Very bad location !!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star

Horrible service. Waited an hour to by a car charger(in and out right?) I waited as they called name after name of people who had already left the store due to bad service. I eventually left also. PS. I am still without charge. Wow Signed FRUSTRATED

I came to this store a few weeks back and the level of customer service is beyond the charts! I came in to upgrade and was eagerly assisted by a fellow named Jorge. This guy new his stuff I overwhelmed this guy with question after question and he stayed with me the entire time and he delivered! I also got a great deal thanks to the Sales manager i dont recall his name but he was a fantastic guy with lots of knowledge.(i think his name was Vega) Do not let the store being in South Central discourage you from making your purchases here as I travel from East watts to this location just on their Service alone! Ps. stay away from the other guy(Jose Rivera) Jose Villalobos

I understand that reviews help other people and I’m hoping mine does. I had a terrible experience at this store. I was told by one of their sales reps that in order to qualify for a new line, I needed to place a $ 100 deposit. I didn’t have a problem doing that so I paid for my new iphone4s and $ 100 extra. The employee placed a receipt in the bag and I left home. After about 3 weeks later I was going through my account and noticed there was no credit for a deposit. After calling cust service I realized their employee Miguel had kept my $ 100. Immediately I called the store and they told me he is no longer employed(im guessing for being a thief) so nobody can help me at this point. I got a hold of corporate and they adv I go back to the store and request to have the ex employees info so I can file a police report. I want to warn everyone about the deposit scam they are running at this store. Be careful!!! And if you placed a deposit at the time of purchase then you better check your acct and make sure is there.

I enjoyed my experience at this store. The service was on point and they informed me of the discounts I qualified for(military and fedex). Overall not a bad time.
