This was a wonderful little bitty private owned theater. The one woman show that we saw was AWESOME!

Good venue for local theatre – literally not a bad seat in the house. For being so small, there’s ample leg room so you will be spared that feeling of sitting on top of someone on a plane. I’m convinced that airlines are slowly shrinking internal capacity while selling more tickets. Anyhow, lots of parking(although it’s a sketchy part of town so beware) and a sense of being part of an underground art/culture scene.

Perfect sound stage and lighting! We met with the owner who gave us a tour. Maximum capacity is 99. Back dressing rooms and audio room. New spot for taping The Jeri Shannon Show

I went to a web festival at this location and its a pretty decent space. the main stage was pretty large, there were webisode screenings on a major sized screen. In the smaller rooms, which was a green room and nice-sized rehearsal space. The space is great for all kinds of events. It can be pretty difficult to get intouch with manager there to book the space. So you’ll have to persistent if you wanna book it. Its about 10 minutes from USC and really close to the Nate Holden performing Arts center(which is quite expensive for up and coming directors, etc) Look into Stage 52! You can really develop it into the space you want, that is of course if you can get intouch with the manger(I think that’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars, otherwise its a diamond in the rough:) Ty
