Israel did the following:(1) installed 3 expensive locks in our home;(2) shattered the $ 350 tempered glass pane in one of the doors during the installation;(3) avoided our calls for weeks about fixing this;(4) purchased a cheap replacement pane of glass that was the wrong size;(5) thought about installing this replacement pane himself, even though admittedly he has no idea how to install glass;(6) has continually ducked our calls since. I am proud to also maintain his one-star rating. Absolutely awful.

Sorry, but this is what happens when you don’t get the job done as it was outlined and leave us the mess to clean up… Two years ago, my staff hired him to install two locks on cabinets in our medical office. He did a great job. So we called him again. Recently, we expanded and had to get matching locks on two other cabinets. He was unable to deliver locks that matched(requiring different keys… which was completely unacceptable), and instead of discussing options with us, simply installed the improper(and inferior) locks. He complained about having to come out three times(after no-showing twice) I would rather that he was up front with us at first and let us know that he would not have been able to find two matching locks. If he was honest and up front, I would have gladly paid for four new locks. However; because he was difficult for my staff to work with and simply went ahead and did a half-assed job with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, he’s the proud recipient of a one-star review. Congratulations! And welcome to the world of social shopping… Best of luck in all of your professional endeavors. Now, I’m left looking for another lock professional… and another bill to pay. Not happy.
