The coffee is great and of course best staff thank you star bucks. Always greeted when I enter, smiles and great energy. My iced coffee is always perfect and ambience awesome. Love the facts it’s always filled with CSUN students

(-star) oftentimes, this place is very packed with students studying.

This is my local store and it pains me to admit I’ve the least personal connection with partners here. Of all my «home» stores, this one seems to lack effort in establishing a rapport. In their defense I do recognize their rapport with other regulars, just not me. For which I must infer it must be something about me. –_–
Besides that, the store is decently sized. There is one large community table with wireless charging, a few two-​person table tops alongside the Southern facing window, a bar style table with bar stools alongside the West window facing Reseda and a high round-​table near the bar. Another note, during finals, the previous Store Manager stayed open 24 hours for the studious, nocturnal students. Very cool. of her for sure.
I’ve never had an issue with any of my beverages which leads me to believe they do not deviate from the recipes and continually comply with Starbucks protocol, which we as consumers expect when choosing to enter the double glass doors. By the way, who else despises those annoying «air-​curtains» that blow tepid air down on you upon entering the door? Whoever invented that contraption is making a killing off not only annoying the intended bugs but also some humans along the way!
All in all this location is convenient for students and nearby food patrons alike. There are a few food options in the same plaza and an Acapulco next door. Not to mention the wide variety in walking distance. Coffee on!

Nice place for students to do homework, drink coffee and have breakfast. Definitely would suggest to al CSUN students

Go here after school at least twice a week! Very friendly staff, however, it gets really crowded & I can tell when the staff gets stressed! But other than that, I love my Starbucks :)

This long awaited Starbucks drive thru opened last week very quietly but was immediately busy. The Baristas are professional and courteous. It’s typical to have long drive thru wait times but this one was not that bad and the Barista at the window was very courteous and quickly got our order. The inside is beautifully decorated and clean like most Starbucks Cafes. The employees inside are just as courteous and professional. The parking is awesome and the patio is large and beautifully landscaped.
