Very, very busy Starbucks. However, even with that the baristas are very efficient, nice, and always patient. This location is sandwiched between two high-​rises (one being the AT&T building and the Public Works building) — so you know it’s busy from morning to late afternoon. The lines can be long at times with a substantial wait, but…
They’ve started doing the online order. You just order your drink from your app, then walk over, and it should be waiting for you at the pickup counter. Voila! That’s just some awesomeness! Granted, it does depend on how busy they are to crank out your drink, but you do save some time when you’re ordering.

They have comfy seats, plus plenty of seating and tables with the charging stations.

All the senior staff, Max, Brian, Ylvie, Edgar, Saul, Ruby are awesome, the new Kids and the interim manager, Ellen, need to step up. Ellen has big shoes to fill, she’s just overall unpleasant. Veronica and her leadership is awesome. My crew and I are here daily and we always look forward to our coffee break.

Whenever I wear my suit or work clothes I seem to get my coffee right.
But when I wear my hoodie or comfortable clothes they seem to purposely mess up my drinks and over charge me for an extra drink I didn’t even want.
Seems to me the guy making the drinks and the homosexual guy at the register. Nothing against gays but he seems to have something against me.
I will never go to this racist place again.

Passion fruit iced tea and blueberry scone. Super lonely in here today. Since it’s Saturday, 1:25p. Service was great. Polite staff. Clean.
My warmed up scone was stupendous. Iced tea was a marvel.
Oh yeah. Come chill here for some laid back music and a coffee.

The staff here are very fast paced, it’s amazing. This is my main go-​to coffee spot since I started working in the area. At first I was freaked out by how long the lines can get, but even with a long line you can still manage to get out in 5 minutes maybe even less. I’ve been to many Starbucks and so far this one is the most efficient one I’ve been too so far.
Customer service is pleasant. Some will still manage to have a quick conversation with you, which is nice.

Staff members are really considerate. It’s a nice feeling when they know you by name and have your coffee ready for you. I am impressed by Ernesto; I recently broke my foot and Ernesto immediately noticed my injury. He is very attentive. The first day I walked in here with my injury, he had me take a seat, took my order, and had me on my way. I was in and out in minutes… this Starbucks can count on my daily business.

Ok! Everyone knows that I am a Starbucks fanatic and have my favs that I go to. But, this one sucks badly! Overall, the service got better when I asked him which location I was at so that I could check in at the correct location, and he noticed that and cleaned up his act! It started with a long wait to have my order taken while they cleaned up and put things in order! Isn’t it like 10:30 and you guys do not have a fully open store? Miss me! So, he saw my check in and began to clean up his act and my drink was served and it was one of the worse iced coffees I have ever had! And I was going to complain but had to get back to the hospital as I had a limited amount of time! Overall, I am sure that I will never visit this location ever again.

Very busy, fairly efficient Starbucks. It is located conveniently at my office complex, so access is easy. Staff is friendly. That’s really all you need from a Starbucks.

This location is one of many near my work. Came to this one because the one on Grand was having a power outage. Not a very long line here (I walked in around 11ish in the morning), though there seemed to be a line forming behind me. They didn’t have any plain bagels either (I only was able to afford something under $ 2) — I opted for a chocolate chip cookie instead (warmed up) — though I really shouldn’t be eating cookies right now. Staff is friendly & service is fast. I like how they have plenty of seating inside as well.

I love this Starbucks. It has ample seating and a great exterior view of Downtown LA. If you run out of room inside, there are seats in the middle of the hallway of the high rise that this particular Starbucks is housed. It is convenient to various DTLA businesses including Public Works across the street. Since it is in DTLA, parking may be hard to find and may cost a premium unless you work in this area.

A pretty roomy Starbucks, considering it’s located in the lobby of the AT&T Building. There are two doors, one off Hill and one from inside the lobby. Friendly quick service, a pretty buzzing for 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of chairs/​tables, lounge chairs inside and out, and counter seating as well.
Hours are 5:15am-6:30pm M-​F.
