Longest sbux lineup I have ever stood in. 25 min already and a dozen people ahead of me who still haven’t ordered. The 3 employees don’t appear to be in a hurry. Wow.

Why do I keep doing this? Why do I keep trusting Starbucks with my caffeine and snack solutions? They don’t care. They don’t have filter water. They don’t heat your croissant. The coffee is poor. The foam is brown rancid burnt milk. The service is mediocre Their prices are way too high. Even if they gave a good customer experience; their prices are too high. World! Hear me; let’s end Starbucks and poor attempt at coffee making.

BEWARE. Cashier overcharged me and refused to adjust the bill. When i pointed out the price on menu she said this Starbucks was special and she was allowed to overcharge no matter what the menu prices said. When i complained to the shift manager she refunded the difference immediately and said there was no such policy. if you see a cashier with no name tag on, and you are paying cash, count your change carefully. That cashier is likely overcharging cash customers and pocketing the difference, no name tag, no complaints. This place is a clip joint preying on travelers and tourists. Keep your receipts.

Come here only for the coffee. If you’re looking for a toasted sandwich, that’ll never happen.

I went here right before a flight and got some oatmeal and coffee. It was my first time trying the oatmeal($ 3) at starbucks and it was really good. I liked how the toppings were all packaged separately so I could add the exact amount of each. Service was fast and the barista was friendly.

It’s not the best coffee if you’re trying to pull an all-nighter but I’m never disappointed when it comes to their sweet twists lattes

Expensive and slow, but that’s about what I expect from an airport vender.

This place is in the LAX terminal 2, and they always seem to have a line for miles. I go here because it’s near the Hawaiian Airlines terminal, and I need my starbucks! I don’t know why they don’t have more than 2 people working here when there are 20+ people in line. I almost want to jump back there and start working… even though I have no experience as a barista. Service is meh… just like to 2 star rating says, and will I be back? Sadly yes, because sometimes you don’t have any other choice.

I work here at the airport, you got coffee, it tastes pretty good, and you’ll take my money.

I don’t know if they bump their prices up because they are in the terminal but, I found the prices to be excessive. Avoid unless your addiction overwhelms you

The line is always super long. It just takes forever to get served. They are always out of the sandwiches or have VERY limited selection. Very different from the«outside of airport» starbucks. Not a real fan of Starbucks to begin with.

Giving an extra star Just to have something while waiting for Arrivals. Beats trying to sit on the ONE bench at the baggage claim. But. Higher prices(typical airport mark up) & I had to wipe down my own table. Didn’t see anyone cleaning the space the 15 minutes I was here.

Not a real Starbucks. This«Starbucks» is operated by HMS Host, the company responsible for the Starbucks you see in hotels and other non-free-standing locations. What does that mean? They don’t hire /train Baristas, which usually means the service is going to suck. Chances are you are more of a coffee expert than anyone who works here. This LAX location enforces those stereotypes. It also means your Starbucks Card can only be used to pay with. You can’t reload your card and if you are Gold/Elite you won’t earn any stars(free drinks). Starbucks says their coffee is more expensive because your are paying for the experience. I’ve visited this kiosk multiple times while traveling through LAX and the experience has always been poor(hence the 1-star review). Plus, the prices are higher than normal(typical airport price hikes).

The usual Starbuck’s fare, but unlike the free-standing places, they can’t take your Starbuck’s card. That’s kind of a bummer.
