This is a walk away and I am obsessed with checking out their eyewear. In the recent months I’ve been there an embarrassingly amount of times. Whenever I’m at the shop I’m always well attended to. Staff are relaxed and really friendly!

made a purchase online. Turns out shirts are cheaply made and worth $ 198 each. Because it was final sale, still cost me $ 300 for three shirts. Steven Alan refused to accept returns. So try H&M next time, you will have similar shirts.

My boyfriend and I stopped through while spending the day in LA. The lady working barely said hello, only after we had greeted her. We looked around for a while and I personally found a few things that I would have loved to try on. In particular an Acne Studios blouse, but because the staff was so unwelcoming and unhelpful, we left and I later purchased the blouse online (from another retailer). I have worked retail myself for several years and it really does not take much to be friendly. I do want to mention; however, that we have shopped at Steven Alan in New York, as well as Boston and have had great experiences at some of their other locations. Bummer it was not the same for their store on La Brea.

After visiting the Steven Alan on La Brea i realized that all my clothes need to be replaced. I guess the wife was right and i shouldn’t be wearing my college clothes 10 years later and it was time to upgrade my wardrobe. The staff is awesome and really looks to help a lost look on customers, like me. The shirts have different cuts for different body types and picked up some SeaVees Chukka shoes that were 50% off.
Good place for Christmas gifts too. I got some ginger, and lemon syrup for my drunky friends, and a fig candle for the girls.
Of course its a bit of a sticker shock when i’m so used to buying clothes from target, but you have to grow up some times.
