So after much pondering about what I wanted for dinner, I opted to switch off frog for subway. Well my sandwiches(I got 2) were shitty the bread was so dry It even scratched the roof of my mouth. After taking a bite off my turkey sandwich, and without even opening the second one, I went back and asked for these to be remade with bread that had been baked later than this morning maybe? The guy instead said he couldn’t fix it for me and therefore insisted in giving me my money back instead. The night time staff are useless to say the least. They are seriously just taking space behind the counter until is time to close.

Employees are rude as all hell. Terrible customer service. Same owner for both this one and he Subway on Vine near Melrose. Same employees go back and forth between the both of them. The only chill employee is the guy with the goatee and ponytail. Everyone else act as if they are too good to be there. They should all be fired. Especially that lil b*tch Gilbertino. Absolute crap customer service skills. I said thank you after paying and the dude literally tossed my sandwich at me while simultaneously turning around and ignoring my «thank you. I have zero patience for that crap. The owner should fire everyone except the one guy. End rant.

OK so every sandwich except 3 of them are $ 5 all this month… uggghhh I will eat several more work lunches here. I try to take it easy on subway because I always get it pushed on me for third meal all the time.

It’s a Subway, as others have said, if you’ve been to one, you’ve been too ‘em all. This one is clean and seldom screws up your sandwich.

You’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. It seems like the only thing noteworthy would be the exceptions to the norm. In this case, it’s two things; firstly, the woman serving me kept getting confused and I had to correct her a few times. «No, flatbread». «No, six-inch». «Noooo, not toasted». She seemed to have her head in the clouds and I had to work far to hard to get my order right. Secondly, man, turning in here from eastbound SMB is a bee-otch. You have to make the turn, then stop immediately, pray you’re not rear-ended by overexhuberant northbounders, cross traffic that’s stopped, waiting to turn left onto SMB, and cross your fingers. Getting out and back on eastbound on SMB requires a hasty exit, a quick shot across two lanes to a dead stop before making another dangerous left onto SMB. I think I’m better off going to another location that doesn’t endanger my life so badly.

It’s Subway, what do you want? The staff at this restaurant is friendly if not very quite. They are also quick. The night staff is not as helpful, but by no means rude. The food is Subway. Seriously, you should know it already.
