The staff at Sunset Gold Exchange are real professionals. They understand everything about precious metals and precious stones, beside that they explain to me all details of each item that I exchanged with them. I had a couple of gold coins and scrap 14k gold with me and they offer me the most highest price, that I have been offered, really the most highest price, no joke, and on silver they pay the Spot price. This is the third time visiting Sunset Gold Exchange in LA, and the third purchase as well. Last time I was there they didn’t have exactly what I wanted so I picked the stone and they made me the ring while I waited! It was interesting and fun to watch, too. This time I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate Naho. It took him all of 5 minutes to find the perfect tennis bracelet I was looking for. I told her what I wanted to spend and she showed me the choices in my price range. (No high pressure sales tactic to have me spend more than I had planned! I was in and out of the store in 10 mins. Wow! This is what I call a full service «one-​stop-​shop» jewelry store! I must admit phenomenal customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently came and purchase some Pandora charms for my wife and mother along with some jewelry repair which they fixed it on the spot and looked good as new… Monica was the sales associate who helped me and was very nice, and was very knowledgeable in all areas of the store from Pandora to the luxuries of life! She was not your typical «car salesman «at all she really makes you feel comfortable when your buying that special gift and really goes the extra mile for you… she is one hell of a sales person! I Wish my wife and I would’ve known about Sunset Gold Exchange earlier. They have a great selection of jewelry and offer all kinds of jewelry and repair services and also give amazing prices and discounts. The Sunset Gold Exchange is great and I highly recommend it! I called 30 minutes prior to closing and they stayed open, 5 minutes past closing, waiting for me to arrive since I was held up in traffic. They also gave me approximately $ 20 to $ 30 more than AAA Gold Exchange has quoted me for the same piece. The guy (who’s name and card I misplaced) was very friendly and reminded me that they have free parking in the rear of their store which is REALLY helpful since they’re located next to the Ralphs on Sunset and parking surrounding the area is metered and difficult to find.
