After I endured one of the most awful customer service experiences of my life, I found this instrument rental store and could not be more satisfied by their customer service! The owner is very polite and professional when conducting business. If it wasn’t for SRS saving my paying gig at the last minute, I probably would’ve had to cancel. If you’re in need of renting keyboards or synths, SRS offers a wide variety of everything you need. I rented an acoustic electric Martin which sounded heavenly. I highly recommend SRS!
