Came in to add a line but I didn’t have an ID or any form of identification but Alan helped us in every way he could and was very patient as we sat on the phone forever! Even I was getting frustrated. Definitely the best customer service I have received at any T-Mobile store! Thank you Alan you’re amazing! And the rest of the employees working were also very kind and greeted us as soon as we walked in :)

Worst customer service… 45 min for me to pay my bill, witch takes less than 3 min. 1 person been help with programing, one showing new cell phones, an the last t mobile rep fixing cell phones from display. None couldn’t help me pay… & I repeatedly asked all 3 reps if they can help me with paybill, and was told«we are all busy sir» I don’t recommend this location at ALL.

If I could give them no stars I would. As I sit here and type this, I will have waited 50 minutes in a store with faulty air conditioning as they attempted to fix an error of their own doing. The plan was to upgrade my current Samsung Note Edge to an iphone 6Plus. In order to make the jump I needed to pay my current phone off, which amounted to $ 181 and some change. Somehow the sales associate put the $ 181 on another one of my lines as opposed to the line I was looking to jump… no big deal, right? Should be simple to fix. Such was not the case. Seeing the transaction was taking way too long, I asked for a refund. I was told that they could not issue one, and they still kept working towards moving the $ 181 to the right line. So, now we’re at the hour mark, it’s Friday, and the only resolution was that it would take about 3 days for the right account to be credited for the jump to take place. Again, no iPhone, -$ 181, and a hot evening in a hotter store. Not my idea of a good time. To be clear, the staff working on it were very apologetic, but the process was gravely flawed.

Service was pretty flawless. Marleen was excellent. I only had an hr to get a phone and smartwatch and she was able to help me with all of that. She was nice enough to take the demo watch out of the security contraption for me bc I wanted to see what the watch would

I’ve been to a bunch of T-Mobile stores, and usually leave pretty annoyed. This one was super friendly, even though I came in defensive. My phone wouldn’t use my data and would only work when using WiFi and Irving took awesome care of me. He fixed everything and was really nice. There was also a lady that worked there who was so pleasant and led him through how to fix something. I love this store.

Excellent customer service, as soon as me and my wife walked in we were greeted and assisted. The representative that helped us went above and beyond to help us, his name is Ezequiel but he told us to call him Eazy lol, he made us feel right at home and was able to get us the deal we needed. I highly recommend this location, the staff is very friendly and will work hard to make your experience here a pleasant one.

They’re nice and all but overall customer service was not that great. If they would’ve done their job right(on three occasions), I would’ve had a better experience! I had to go to a different store because of that. Don’t take their word on everything, if they say they will do something for you,(like remove two extra lines they added) go to your account and double check on that yourself. Most likely they«forgot» or didn’t do it because it doesn’t benefit their stores profit so obviously customers don’t come first to them. You’re better off contacting customer service on that one, even though they can do all that at the store! I would recommend the T-Mobile at 7th and fig which is super close and they go well above and beyond your expectations.

5 Star Great experience!!! I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a representative. I then waited for my turn, not to long, and was helped very well and efficiently! I highly recommend their store location and service! The representative named Esteffanie was awesome! Extra STARS for her!

I haven’t had good experience at a Tmobile store until I went to the Olympic and Figueroa tmobile. The employees as well as the manager Daniel, were very helpful and generous. Because of my great experience, not only did they gain a new customer but I am referring my people to that location
