I missed taco bell so much when I attended Berkeley. UCLA is so lucky to have one walking distance away! I bought the beefy crunch burrito with Fritos inside and for just $ 1.09 it did not disappoint. The cashier, Derrick B., was also a very nice gentleman! I didn’t hear my order number since I was outside, but he brought it out to me with all smiles! I just got a good feeling from this place. Don’t expect much and you’ll be content.

So rude. I was walking my puppy outside and as my puppy pauses by the door, this man(much older, possibly the owner or relative of theirs judging by his attitude) rushes over to us screaming«NOYOUCAN’T GOINSIDE!!!» and after he makes sure we don’t, he walks inside. We weren’t planning on it… My puppy wasn’t trying to, plus there are much better options in the area. Listen to the old man and make sure never to go inside. But seriously, go anywhere else and it’ll be a better choice than going here.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Taco Bell establishment. I asked if I can get some sour cream on the side and the employee said okay. But as I was standing there waiting patiently he decided it was best to make 10+ burritos before giving me a cup of sour cream that I have requested early on.

They just raised the price of extra beans from $.45 to $ 1.00. More than 50 percent, especially for something that costs very little. When you ask for no cheese they don’t give you a discount!!! Hope UCLA shuts this location down to make room for a better business. Ok now am happy they didn’t charge me extra! So I changed my review to 5 stars!

The staff does a great job, very friendly, fast and accurate… but this particular location has no air conditioning and the heat coming off of the soda machine in the lobby is horrendous!!! The working conditions(overwhelming heat) for the workers is unacceptable! The owner needs to do something about this or a Workers Union needs to stand up for the employees of this location! I visit this location 2 – 3 times a week for lunch since it is a block from the office, but I hate that it is sooooo hot inside this location, it’s really unacceptable to have employees forced to work in these conditions and do nothing to fix it!

I consider Taco Bell like any average fast food place which is why I give it 3 stars. But, it is cheap which is always good. And their foods aren’t half bad. For all those late night food runs this place usually is on the list, especially for y’all that are looking for food after being drunk all night.

It was first time to any Taco Bell. Being a vegetarian; I was in ambiguous situation if I will get any food for me. But when asked the staff the answer was yes. And I had a sigh of relief as was out from morning 6am without having my breakfast; so by afternoon after my class I was really starving. The lady staff suggested me a 7 layer burrito and told about all ingredients of it. She also specified me that it has no eggs and the meat in burrito will be replaced by beans. All the ingredients sounded mouth watering to me. It took about 5 – 7 minutes to be served which was very quick. It tasted delicious, one of the best dish I had in my life. The texture, the smell, the crunchiness and the taste everything was just awesome. I would strongly recommend it to friends and family. If it was about rating it out 5 I would give 4, 1 less because there always a scope of improvement.

I’ve had the Nachos Supreme(without meat) from this Taco Bell location. The service was quick and the meal was delicious!

Horrible service, horrible food. Don’t kick customers to the curb 15 minutes before closing. Your registers are closed and my food is thrown in a bag(not even wrapped) and I’m thrown out! You don’t even have a drive through to act as if it’s been such a long hard day. Serve warm food with warm attitudes and you will go very far(Mr. «Manager»)

This Taco Bell/PHE is small but great. The service is extremely quick. The employees are extremely friendly, too. I’ll be nominating it for Obama’s Golden Star of Customer Service award. Every time I’m here, I leave extremely satisfied!!! :)

Ok, got my hair done next door. I was starving after, anyhoo the service was horrific. I’ve never encountered such incompetent people. I ordered just a bean burrito, and no lie it tasted and smelled like cigarettes! The worst! I’ve heard of other horror stories from here, I’ll keep my distance. Good luck and hope for a come to Jesus for this place.

Not impressed. This is a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. They seem to be terrible at the Pizza Hut part. In particular, I have now been waiting 17 minutes while multiple other parties have gotten their food. And no, when I brought it up, they didn’t apologize. Or even really acknowledge me. Yeah, I will skip this place in the future.

Nice little location neat UCLA. When I need my taco fix I will stop by here. Pretty quick service and nice location to enjoy lunch. They have a few stool seat inside but no one really eats in here. Parking can be a pain as all the lots can be expensive. Try to find street/meter parking if you can.

Why does Unilocal say it’s closed when I am eating from it right now!!! Their new menu items are great & the option of getting some Pizza Hut items are great!!!

I can’t remember the last time I went to Taco Bell… maybe a year ago? Living in a city that has an abundance of authentic Mexican food certainly leaves no room for me to «crave» Taco Bell. But, the relentless commercials for their new breakfast menu intrigued me for some reason and today, since I was across the street from it, my curiosity got the best of me. Their advertisements have centered around the waffle taco and crunchwraps but they also have a $ 1 menu with a grilled breakfast taco, hash browns and Cinnabon bites. The waffle combo is $ 3.99 which comes with hash browns and coffee. The sandwich individually is $ 1.99. I got the waffle taco with bacon and hash browns. The waffle taco reminded me of a funnel cake without powdered sugar or really any sweetness. It was soft but sturdy enough to hold the«eggs», bacon bits and melted cheese. The syrup was overly sweet, perhaps in an attempt to compensate for the lack of sugar in the waffle«batter??». The hash browns tasted like any frozen variety. Of note, they don’t have ketchup. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t say that it was good. It certainly isn’t something that I would try again. So, breakfast at Taco Bell you ask? Yep, I tried it and trust me, you don’t need to. 3 stars for the store and the employees. They gave me a 30% discount because they sensed my hesitancy to order from the breakfast menu. Gotta love great service.

Two reasons this location is better than the one on UCLA’s campus 1) Mountain Dew Baja Blast 2) It’s also a Pizza Hut My last visit was at about 11pm Saturday night. There were a fair amount of people around, but for some reason the soda fountain was off and I had to ask two workers why. The first babbled something in Spanish and then went away. The next hit a button underneath the counter. I guess random people walk by and steal their soda? Weird.

My 1st non-drive through Taco Bell visit… it’s definitely interesting. I love Taco Bell. Let’s get that out of the way. This location may only be dine-in/take out, but it’s definitely just as good. This location is perfect for UCLA kids just trying to grab a quick bite or grab a snack on the way to class. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but it is overall very small. Other than an occasional bum strolling through, this location is just fine.

It has a moderately clean interior. Clean exterior. The fact that it’s in Westwood Village makes it super convenient. It’s convenient that it’s a taco bell & pizza hut all in one. The taco bell menu is a little hard to see because it’s on the side and angled weirdly. The Taco bell started serving Cinnabon btes which makes this random mish mash of restaurants even more appealing haha. The cashier was friendly and talkative and had a nice sense of humor, which was refreshing. The utensils dispenser is a little dirty. They always seem to run out of sporks. The doritos cool ranch taco(regular) was surprisingly good. It was flavorful and still crispy. It was a tad bit on the salty side, but what do you expect from a potato chip taco shell. The Cinnabo bites are so damn good. You get 4 in 1 order. They inject the butter frosting inside. It’s so good. It is really greasy, but a good treat once in a while.
